Self Catering Accommodation in Tsovazard

The best accommodation. Babik was very friendly. Everythinkg was the best! Thank you!

Wonderful view on the lake, just few meters away. Comfortable seating, beds. Nice smell of wood from the structure. Nice restaurant on a beach 10 min walk.

Nice house in a quiet area, not far away from the Sevan lake and a great restaurant owned by the same family. Very friendly hosts.

Very nice view and privacy in the bungalow. Good breakfast.

Great peaceful location, really authentic Armenian village, super_friendly and helpful owners. If you like agro-turismo and see the real country (like we do) - this is definitely your choice ! You can see rabbits, hens, cows, pigs, turkeys. Special thanx to the owners family - we have cooked our barbecue and also booked some local food from the owner - it was amazing! The visitors should definitely book local food from the owners! Also - 700m to the south from the village (5-th km of the main road toward south) - there is a nice "wild beach" on Sevan. Further to the south - on 18km - there is a maintained sandy beach with barbecue place and rest zones.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. The place was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The view was absolutely stunning and made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay which made me feel right at home. Everything was organized thoughtfully, and the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. I truly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you for such a great experience!

Nice well equiped woide cottage in the banks of Sevan lake, few steps from the beach and with nice view to lake Sevan from the terace. The host was very nice, adviced us where to swim.

A very beautiful and scenic camping-style place with several cabins right on the shore of Lake Sevan. Getting there by car from Yerevan Airport is convenient and straightforward. There is parking right next to the cabin, as well as a beach where you can swim and sunbathe. Sun loungers are also available, and the cabin has a lovely terrace. It is truly a wonderful and peaceful place to return to after a day spent travelling around beautiful Armenia. Food can be ordered for delivery, and the menu is available in the cabin. The staff are very pleasant and friendly! Overall, a very enjoyable experience. Thank you!

the location is right on the sevan lake beach with amazing view, the cottage is spacious, clean and offers everything you might need - comfortable bed, TV, big bathroom and small kitchen

Great place on lake, furnished well, beds comfy

Just one street away from the town centre with a big supermarket called ZIM, if I remember correctly, nearby. The staff was friendly and professional and the hotel accepted card payments, although we'd prepared cash. The room was big and seemed even bigger than described in the room details displayed on Booking. There's a big garden around with some Soviet-era benches. Good local and countryside views.
