Beautiful house, exceptional view and facilities at house. I suggest if you are planning to stay in this house for holiday then a keep at least 2 days aside for just enjoy the house and view. It's on perfect location and Big W and BWS are with in 5 mins by car.

Manee's on Elphin is an excellent alternative to hotels in Launceston, especially if you are traveling with family of friends. It is just 10 min walk from the the central area and next to a supermarket. It it exquisitely furnished with a very personal touch and is equipped with everything necessary. The host is extremely accommodating and caring. We were extremely sorry that we could not stay longer in this wonderful place.

    The location and facilities of the this apartment were premium. The view from the lounge room and bathroom (gorgeous bath tub) were a stunning bush outlook. We had a BBQ which worked perfectly and they had everything we needed in the kitchen to do this properly. Directly next door to the Tamar Ridge Cellar door which was perfect for an afternoon tasting! The owner was also super responsive to all my questions in the lead up to our stay and also left us a little welcome note which was a nice touch!

    Definitely one of the best appointed units I have very stayed in. Great Views from the living area. The hosts were obviously keen to make sure their guests felt welcome and comfortable. We were easily able to cook our meals in the kitchen. A small note and bottle of wine, was the cherry on the cake.. Location was convenient for exploring the Tamar/Launceston area. And just excellent value for money..

    Been there before, which is why we booked again. The view is amazing with the odd beautiful tree in the foreground and the Tamar River behind that. Julie gave very clear instructions re the keys and the unit for our arrival. The kitchen had various supplies which helped enormously as we like to self cater at least part of our holidays. Other half liked the high quality toilet paper :O). Love this place and would recommend it highly to anyone.
