The plants and neutral tones with the wood really make you feel relaxed. The toilet is a composting toilet, and I’ll touch on how it didn’t smell at all- as some may be turned away by this. Vipp Tunnel is an absolute hidden gem on Bruny Island. We spent two wonderful days here. The moment we stepped inside, the signature Le Labo fragrance filled the air. High-end design is evident in every detail, exuding a subtle yet luxurious vibe everywhere you look. From the full set of Le Labo toiletries, Danish Vipp furniture, TEKLA towels and bathrobe sets, to the B&O Bluetooth speaker and soft linen bedding—every touch reflects the host's exceptional taste. You can truly feel the architect's dedication to preserving nature while seamlessly blending the house into the surrounding environment. Sunlight filters through the stained glass, casting warm and vibrant projections across the room. Vipp Tunnel consists of two independent structures. The smaller cottage on the side is a wonderful sanctuary for meditation; I lit a stick of incense inside and spent the entire afternoon zoning out while gazing at the bay. It’s an absolute haven for both unwinding and getting some work done. The outdoor bathtub faces the bay, and we soaked in it for three days straight, with each day bringing different weather and unique feelings. We spotted plenty of wildlife, gazed at the perfect starry night sky, and if you're lucky, you might even catch a glimpse of the Southern Lights. In the courtyard between the houses sits a sculpture by a renowned Danish artist, adding a deeply artistic and poetic atmosphere. At night, we lit the fireplace, played some music, and cooked a delicious meal together with my loved one, spending a quiet and blissful time. You can also arrange a private chef through the host; the exceptionally skilled chef uses the finest local ingredients to create exquisite, soul-soothing dishes. The two days here were so magical that I shed healing tears when it was time to leave. Vipp Tunnel is a gorgeous place that you want everyone to discover, yet selfishly wish to keep undisturbed.

It was paradise!! The view and the feeling of remoteness while you’re only minutes away from amenities was fantastic! The home is beautiful! Beds super comfy! The view is mesmerizing and being able to enjoy it from the hot tub is second to none! Hannah replied to my message instantly and was so happy to help me! I love this place, and we genuinely did NOT want to leave! It’s everything! Barbecue, spectacular views, peace and quiet, a fab house and a hot tub! If this isn’t paradise I have no idea what is!!!

Echidna on Bruny is a tranquil bush paradise. The house itself is spacious and well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We loved the location of the house right on the water. It was extremely picturesque and the house was so very comfortable with every comfort catered for.
