The location is stunning, in the middle of Springbrook, on a 2 min walk from Purlingbrook Falls lookout. Ebony, the host, is really lovely and very helpful. The yurt is amazing, very clean and comfortable, and is set on a little creek. There's a fire pit to make your own camp fire at night. It's really your own little sanctuary for a relaxed getaway.

We had an amazing experience at Healing Garden thanks to John and Jessica. They were super friendly and kind, and gave us a wonderful guidance how to enjoy the spa. Stayed here for a short escape from the Gold Coast and it worked out really well. It’s close enough that you don’t have to drive forever, but far enough to feel like you’re actually out in nature for a day or two. The place is pretty central for exploring the area. From there you can easily get to some beautiful natural spots around,rock pools, waterfalls, and nice little nature areas. The room itself is exactly what you pay for. It’s a budget place, and that’s what you get, nothing fancy, but fair for the price. Not more, not less. If you’re looking for something simple and affordable, it works well. Julia and David were very friendly hosts. It’s also a very low-impact kind of stay, relaxed and easy. If you feel like it, you can interact with their two little goats and the cows, and just spend a pleasant afternoon around the property. Overall, a nice and simple nature getaway without having to go too far from the Gold Coast.

The bed was so comfortable, I had the best sleep in a long time. It was so good having breakfast supplied and the coffee machine being a pod coffee one - so no gross international roast coffee in the morning! It was a great base for attending a wedding. The shuttle bus to the venue was so handy.
