From the moment we stepped through the door, we were wrapped in pure luxury. Soft music played, the lighting was warm and romantic, topped with beauitul aromas and complimentary gourmet cheese and crackers welcomed us — such a thoughtful touch. Natasha has created a sensual, elegant escape that feels truly special. Check-in was effortless, and her communication was exceptional. If you’re looking to indulge and reconnect, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back.

- The lobby is beautiful - the breakfast is fantastic and there is a wide variety of food - 2 exceptional pools, one which is a fish filled lagoon which you can snorkel - my son loved the sea scooter - the room was clean and modern - beautiful ocean view on high floor - Woody on 'at your service' had all the answers to my questions - self service laundry room very clean and reasonably priced - Lani (I think that was your name at the poolside) was SUPER helpful and friendly and gave us lots of tips and advice about our stay in the Gold Coast, she even sent me a postcard to wish us a lovely stay after our conversation ❤️ - Amit on the front desk was very pleasant on check in - Sohei was very helpful at the bar for questions - There was a younger lad at the front of the hotel on Tuesday night who had greeted us in such a Friendly manner for 2 days straight (sorry didn't catch your name) All in all, the hotel is really lovely and I can't find much to fault, but it was the staff who really made the stay exceptional, nothing was too much and they were always willing to go above and beyond to help. Thanks to you all.

Plenty of room, fridge/kettle/toaster/microwave/cups etc. everything you need to microwave or bring back a takeaway . Spotless Hotel breakfast was fab

Our stay at the Mondrian Gold Coast was perfect from start to finish. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury, style, and a relaxed coastal atmosphere. Every detail feels thoughtfully designed, from the stunning architecture and interiors to the calm, refined vibe throughout the property. The rooms are beautifully appointed — spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable, with high-end finishes and gorgeous views of the ocean and Burleigh headland that make it hard to leave. The bed was superb, and the attention to detail in the room made the stay feel effortlessly indulgent. Service was a real highlight. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive without ever being intrusive. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless, and every interaction felt welcoming and polished. The facilities are outstanding. The pool area is stylish and relaxing, the common spaces are elegant yet inviting, the gym was great with a variety of equipment and the overall ambience feels both sophisticated and laid-back — exactly what you want from a luxury coastal hotel. We had breakfast and lunch over our stay at Lito, and I can't fault it. There is really something for everyone! If we are to visit again we'd definitely want to stay here again, we didn't want to leave!

Being close to the pool,the free buffet breakfast and the staff were so nice.

Great staff and services especially Shannell at the front desk who was really helpful and supportive to add us free parking and breakfast due to faulty online booking via booking. com. The Penthouse suite was fantastic and amazing with modern remotes controlling facilities which was impressive and wowed. Great location to all the pacific fair, beaches and restaurants, great valets parking staff and housekeeping. Definitely highly recommended and will book my next trip there again.

So quite and the spa was great

We loved our stay at Park towers. The view from the balcony was amazing. The unit was huge and had everything we needed for a very comfortable, relaxing stay. We loved that it had a garage for our rental car and we felt very safe there. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Gold Coast.

Close to the beach and amenities like Cole’s and Aldi and cafe and restaurant along with basement parking.

I liked the location in relation to the beach and Pacific Fair mall. Both were walking distance for my young children and I . The tram stop was also within walking distance and very easy to navigate and use the public transport system.

The workers at the pub. Oh my gosh they are so so nice. Big shout out to Chilli. So friendly helpful and goes the extra for the customers. Liked how it gsve me this country vibe even though it’s in Gold Coast.
