The apartman was big enough, the kitchen war gut equippes, the bathroom wasnt too small. From the room you can go straight to the garden, there were apple trees and rabbits. Parking possibility excellent.

Hello, I am very disappointed with our stay and the way you treated us. I did not enjoy any aspect of the experience. On top of the accommodation price, you charge separately for water, electricity and gas based on consumption. We had overlooked these additional charges when booking, so we contacted you two months before our arrival to request a cancellation and a refund. Despite this advance notice, you refused to refund us. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with both the stay and the way you handled our request.

This is an excellent place for a family getaway! Both my parents and my kids thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The unique antique décor gave the place so much character and made it a memorable experience. Although we stayed only for a short time, we would love to return for a longer visit. Surrounded by nature and close to the woods, it’s peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for spending quality time with family or friends.
The house is lovely inside and out. Decoration is rustic, and very well done. Detailed instructions regarding our stay were given in good time and clear. Pieter was very quick to respond to our messages. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay and everywhere was clean. We have fussy eaters in our family so ended up going for pizza in wingere which was lovely and less than 10 minutes drive away. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

A serene and beautiful farmhouse located far from the noise of the city, yet we were access Ghent, Bruges and the coast using car, quite quickly. A special mention of the land lady Kathrin who is indeed a super host by all means. My kids were excited about the farm and the farm animals.

In general, it is perfect for 6 and possible for 8, although one room with two beds is one zou cross to get to another room. The living, dining and kitchen are spacious, the garden is large and a lot of equipment.

Immaculately clean, felt very new and modern. Plenty of space for a family of four . Very comfortable beds. Beautiful large window with a great view of the garden and goats. My kids thought the massive TV was great. Not too far from the channel tunnel so perfect for a weekend away from the UK.

Super hospitable, friendly hosts. They welcomed us with drinks which we enjoyed in their magnificent garden. The studio had everything we needed for the one night stay. It is self catering with a small kitchen, but downstairs there is a big communal space too. Bart gave us fresh produce from the garden and provided a barbecue on request. We had a wonderful dinner under the stars. Well positioned to visit Gent and Bruges - far from the maddening crowds.
