Excellent location - few minutes from motorway by car. Perfect for an overnight rest. We parked the car in front of the property and the courtyard is gated. Very cute complex of apartments - we enjoyed our room, it was cozy and well equipped. Great value for money!

I had a wonderful stay at Résidence Alissa. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. Everything was exactly as described, and even better in person. The hosts were extremely friendly, responsive, and made me feel very welcome. The location is perfect, the atmosphere is peaceful, and all the small details in the apartment made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the care and hospitality. I highly recommend Résidence Alissa to anyone visiting the area. I would definitely love to return!

Everything was great!!! The room was very clear with all comforts and excellent view to the river. Very important for us, that the roon is very close to railway station (7min) and to the center. Excellent choice, i highly recommend it.

The apartment is very bright, clean and comfortable. It is spacy and it was a comfortable stay with my kids. There are enough kitchen gadgets and we loved the big table in the center of the living room. We felt at home, the owner put much effort and love to create the apartment. Also the owner replied quietly to my messages and questions. The apartment is about 15 minutes away from the Charleroi central station and there is a shopping mall on the way. We would highly recommend that place!
