Exceeded expectations. You get more than what you are paying for, in my opinion. Very clean, quiet hosts even though they have kids you can tell they are well mannered and respectful and aware that there are people downstairs which was nice. Lots of big fluffy comfortable pillows on all beds, lots of extra cozy blankets. The beds were very comfortable. They even offered us a late check out which helped with our day a lot! Thank you

This basement is tastefully decorated and thoughtfully set up. It is spotlessly clean and well-appointed. A supermarket is a short walk away and it has what you need to cook some food. The decor is beautiful. The hosts communicate well. There is space to park a car. It has a washing machine and a dryer. We highly recommend this for a couple. For 4 people, as we were, it is only suitable for 1 or 2 nights as it's a bit tight.

This place was one of the most amazing rental houses that we have stayed in. Everything was beautiful, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, garden....clean, spacious, well equpped. Amazing. I recomend this house 10/10. Shops and GO train station are walking distance and neighborhood is peaceful and friendly.

The neighborhood is upscale, and parking is right out front, so I had no concerns about the safety of our vehicle. The hosts are wonderful and kind, and even the neighbors are nice. The unit is huge, clean, comfortable, and well situated for all things eastern GTA. It was as advertised with a kitchen and dining area, sleeping for four (w/room for a couple of blow-up mattresses) and a very secure entry. Pickering is a lovely community that has the Rouge River Valley Park on its doorstep. We greatly enjoyed our stay, and I believe you will as sell.
