This is one of the best places I have ever stayed. The apartment is very spacious, full of character, and located in a historic building in the Old Town of Chur. The location is perfect, close to the train station and the mountain cable car. Even though there are steep, historic stairs to climb, the interior and the view of the mountains and the Old Town are worth the effort. :) The apartment is very well-equipped (coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, and even an iron), so it was easy to prepare our own meals. There was even a bottle of red wine waiting for us - a very nice gesture! It was clean, the house rules were clear, and it was the perfect place to relax after hiking in the mountains. I will definitely come back here!

Nice room with 2 single beds and all good facilities. We were given an early access time, thanks. Great food in the restaurant next door.

very helpful staff, spacious apartment for 4 people, bathroom with bathtub, shampoo, conditioner, bunk bed in the 1st bedroom, 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, cable TV, many programs, quality wifi, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker including capsules and milk in the kitchen, large refrigerator. Near the main station (about 600 m) and 100 m from the Rhb Altstadt and BUS stops. Ideal starting point for traveling by public transport.Coop stores nearby.The owner allowed us to store our luggage in a box free of charge before check-in and after check-out. We will be happy to use it again on our next visit to the canton of Graubünden.

Location is excellent. Ideal for an overnight stay for the Bernina Express. Beautiful kitchen with up to date appliances and more than enough utensils

The location is good and the room was satisfactory. I stayed only one night, so I mainly used the room and the bathroom. Even though the bathroom was shared, it was clean and easy to access.

The stay was fantastic! The room, the facilities and to top it all ‘the view’ was absolutely fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Some things folks can keep in mind is check with the host in how to enter the building beforehand otherwise this can be slightly confusing. All things otherwise was absolutely good!
