Lovely location in a small village. Wonderful views from the balcony. Very nice quirky apartment with comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Lots to do nearby, amazing walks, the beautiful Justistal valley, boat trips on lake, Interlaken and Thun both great, especially the Chocolate cafe!

I loved it. It is cute, clean and the location is great. Also the owner is very kind and helpful. I recommend it 100%

Very warm welcome as home, even if so tired from walking up to a mountain with big luggage !!!!! Once we saw the livings so very cleaness plus artist-design style multiply with fresh oxygen trees, we feel very relax and valuable to choose second to none livings in THUN. Small city but Big warmest welcomed living, so excited and fabulous to stay at MON BIJOU CHALET AU LAC. The best living we have in all of our trip (our trip 18 days)

From the moment I checked in until the moment I left, everything about this B&B was absolutely perfect. The location is ideal—right in the center and very convenient, especially with easy access from the station. The entire place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained. Every area felt thoughtfully designed and truly elegant—from the cozy living room (a perfect space to relax and watch TV) to the bedroom, and all the way to the bathroom, which was immaculate and felt like a luxury experience. The kitchen was also very clean and well-organized, making the stay even more comfortable. The hostess was exceptional—very responsive, helpful, and quick to assist with anything I needed, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, this place exceeded all my expectations. Everything was simply exquisite, and I couldn’t find a single fault. I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and perfectly located stay. A true 10/10 experience—I would definitely come back!

A fantastic space for our family (2 adults and 2 kids), huge rooms, very comfortable, and the location is ideal. Close to countless cafes, bars and restaurants, and Thun is a great town.

The house is about 900 meters from Thun train station, within easy walking distance. We have a wonderful view of the snow-capped mountains right outside. The house is simply decorated but very spacious, especially the living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, even with oil and salt, making cooking really convenient! The hosts also prepared wine and Coke for us, which was a lovely surprise. Compared to the living room and kitchen, the two bedrooms are a bit smaller. Hosts Joel and Aline are incredibly friendly, warm and responsible. As it’s a new listing, some windows and doors didn’t have curtains. After we mentioned it, they installed them very quickly—their response speed exceeded our expectations. When a curtain rail fell off, they replied immediately and arranged a repair time right away. All in all, they are fantastic hosts! We stayed 5 nights and really loved Thun. We hope to come back and stay here again.

Marina was a brilliant host and incredibly responsive to any messages. The accommodation itself was tip-top and spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The beds were a real highlight; the mattresses were of excellent quality and ensured a very good night's sleep after our long days out exploring Thun and the surrounding areas.
