Self Catering Accommodation in Achern

Everything! The place is super! Its clean and modernly designed. The host is exceptionally helpful and kind. I love Everything. Looking forward to come again and stay here.

the apartment is renovated, wo everything is super clean, the kitchen, the bathroom, nice hot water in the shower, good heating in the winter, nice furniture, the beds were also really nice. there is a paid parking in front of the house

It was a really lovely place for my family. Further, it was not far from the black forest.

Good location for hiking in the nearby area.

The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished. It was spotless upon arrival and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything you need, and the bathroom is both spacious and cozy. There's also a washing machine we didn't use tho. Located on the second floor of a building on a peaceful, charming street, the apartment offers free parking right in front of the property. The host has truly thought of everything to ensure a pleasant experience, even providing brochures with local attractions. Nice! The coffee machine was an excellent bonus — we loved starting our mornings with fresh coffee. This property is a real gem for the price. Highly recommended!

The appartement is well situated with easy access to the center of the town, but also to the highway and the mountains east of the appartement. From the appartement out is easy to visit the black mountains with beautifull small towns. Also to get to Strasbourg and visit the city is easy.

Very comfortable apartment with everything you need. The hosts are very kind and generous. Every time we needed to book something we hoped this apartment was available. I would very much recommend this apartment to people who want to feel at home.

The guest house was very spacious and had a very nice kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom had underfloor heating which was a great bonus. We went in October so we didn't use the outdoor facilities but there was a pool, a grill and an outdoor seating area. The beds were comfy, although I booked this place for 3 but wanted to have the possibility to expand to 4 in case another friend was coming. From the photos the upstairs bed seems bigger than it is so I'm not sure where a 4th person could sleep. The lower bed definitely is for 2 people and the upper one for 1 person. They had a big selection of teas and 2 coffee machines. They also had everything you need for cooking including oil, salt, pepper and other general spices. We made dinner and breakfast there and had a great time. It is my pet peeve when Airbnb-type places don't provide oil, salt and pepper when guests are staying less than a week. On Google maps it seemed farther away from the train station but actually it was only about an 8min walk so it was very convenient for our purposes. There was a restaurant in the same complex which we didn't go to but could be useful for anyone trying. We didn't actually meet the hosts in person and just got the key from a keypad area. But they checked in with us via email and everything went smoothly.

Nice house in a really good location, very friendly host. Great value.

The views were marvellous, the space and amenities were amazing & the kitchen is so fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here and Lydia, our host is so welcoming.

Great location and you have everything that you need. Quiet area and perfect to recharge and you have all the best hikes nearby. 10/10 would come back again

Beautiful location, romantic cabin in the woods. With everything that you can think of available and more! The sauna is a great addition! Brigitte and Gunther were very nice too. We would love to come back!

Location, style, size, facilities, excellent village amenities. House very well equipped with amazing views and a superb swimming pool complex close by. Fabulous walks from the door.

The place and environment, nature ans property

Very nice brand new apartment. Fantastic and helpful host. Great location. We stayed as a family of four and and had plenty of space.

Last weekend I had the privilege to stay at this resort as one of the first guests. The resort is a former monastery, rebuild into a very fine holiday accommodation. I stayed with my family in the Presidential Suite and this was an excellent experience. The living room and kitchen were extraordinary large, luxurious and very relaxing. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets and a sauna. From beginning to end, the service was high-end as they provided all necessary information upfront in a timely manner, supported there where needed and that without even having seen them. They are swift and smooth and I hope they will keep up with this level of service, excellence and luxury. Many thanks again for your hospitality and I gladly visit again in the near future.

Very cosy and an amazing location!

Great place! Loved everything. Clean, fresh apartments. Located in a fairy-tale like village close to numerous sightseeing places. Close ride to Strasbourg. Free parking. Most pleasant communication with the host. Definitely coming back when again in this area!

Friendly and helpful host, choice of two balconies to enjoy the beautiful views!

Everything has been fantastic. The apartments, the black forest, Marika (and family), the village Sasbachwalden and the super king people made us being comfortable and peacefully. We want to repeat!
