Perfect location in the center, all new and very clean and nice

The location is excellent, right next to the main town hall platz. A few restaurants within walking distance and easy access to bus/tram services to get to the train station Super clean and the bathroom facilities were lovely for such a compact room

Delightful flat built 1910, very large rooms, very well equipped kitchen, separate lounge/ bedroom 2, paintings by the owner on the wall, Lidl supermarket in the next road (closed for renovation until Feb 2027), 5 minutes to train station . Clean comfortable

The staff is great, they allowed us to check in early and check out later. Very convenient location, close to a shop and a train station, from where you can get wherever you need to go, but not so close that you hear the trains.

Great location and lots of character, very well priced too, the hosts communication beforehand was fantastic, they are very honest as we forgot some personal items and we didn't realise it until they messaged us and told us we had left them,we very much appreciate that

Great location in the heart of the city, a walk to the train station takes ca. 10 minutes via the main promenade with cafes and restaurants. A direct bus from the bus stop right in front of the house runs to Karl Marx's head, which is the main attraction of the neighborhoods.The entrance is clean, one may enter using a secret code on the left side of the main entrance. The owner had attached detailed instructions with photos of each step, so it was not difficult at all to get in. -> Even a child can repeat it. The apartment faces the street. It is sunny in the morning and afternoon. It is comfortable to work at the table. Huge refrigerator if you are a fan of eating at home. Cleanliness is commendable. If you'll be in this city on a passing trip, especially on business at local university which is right around the corner, book this apartment without thinking too long.

Excellent apartment – very clean, tidy, and furnished to a high standard. Everything was well-maintained and exactly as described. The host was friendly, helpful, and always available when needed. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this place to other guests. We would be happy to stay here again in the future. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

nice ,clean appartment, warm bedroom and good contacts with the owner online,there were some candies left for me,also there was a cofee machine so I felt like I am at my home
