Self Catering Accommodation in Eichenau

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was very kind and welcoming, even though we only communicated through messages. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The parking space was very convenient. Getting to Munich by S-Bahn was easy. Overall, it was the perfect quality/price ratio for a short getaway!

Perfect breakfast, nice big room.

Very clean and modern. Full facility

Everything about our stay in this place was great, it was firts class, and it was best choice we could make. I highly recommend it to anyone willing to visit Munich and its whereabouts.

The space we had, and the harmony of the whole place

Good communication and easy to find Location was very peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is very comfortable and a great location for accessing Munich. The train station is across the road and you can be in the centre in about 30 minutes and the same line (S8) goes directly to Munich airport.. There are cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance. We liked the balcony - a great place to watch all the comings and goings. There was plenty of free parking.

the apartment was very clean and light, the bathroom was good, it had shower gel, soap and hair drier. the flat is on the third floor, for us it was not a problem. it was quiet, there was enough of storage space. there were some olive oil and coffee capsules in the kitchen.

The staffs were exceptionally polite and eager to help us in all aspects. Actually I checked out the room and dropped the luggage in the reception to collect it in the evening. There was a surprise waiting for me. while cleaning my room the staffs found my Apple Watch and hand over to the reception and they handover it to me. To keep it simple Amper Art Hotel has Trusted Staffs.. my best wishes and thanks to all the staffs working over there

This property is incredible. Great facilities. Lovely touches - like toilet roll, hand wash, dishwasher tablets included. Spotlessly clean. Couldn’t fault it. We were all very impressed. Yes it’s a bit out for the way but it worked for us as a group that wanted to do the city in the day but have a great social area to spend time together in.

I recommend this apartment, close to the train station, close to the grocery store and a few cafes, a good location + that I modified the reservation 2 times , and 2 times it was accepted ❤️..., which was amazing considering that my plans were turned upside down, the owners were super mega understanding, I highly recommend this apartment ❤️

I liked that the property is modern, clean, and in excellent condition. It feels very spacious, with a bright and well maintained interior, making it a comfortable and inviting place to live.

One of the best value-for-money hotels I've ever stayed at

If you use train (S8) the place is perfect. There is train every few minutes with connection to hauptbahnhof. The station is just 4 minutes on foot. The house is very comfortable, very clean, the bathroom is big.

Very clean and modern. The location is perfect

Great location, just by the train station where you can catch S-Bahn lines to the center. Bus station also right in front of the hotel. Very comfortable apartment with all necesities. Kitchen with microwave oven, large refrigirator and all the kitchenware. Lots of wardrobe space, working desk, comfortable chairs for relaxations. Large supermarkets accross the street, different restaurants near by. Everything you need in a quiet and affordable neighbourhood.

The apartment isn't big but modern, well equipped and comfortable. We had a good sleep :) The hostess was amazing and very helpful. You can park the car in the street in front of the house. Thank you!
