Big beautiful house, has everything you could need and more
Everything was smooth. The host was really available and easy to communicate with WhatsApp or phone. The property is just renovated. Parking is available for 1.8 m high car. For camper and high cars there is a nearby public parking.
I stayed at Monteur Apartments Heilbronn while studying at TUM, and it was a great experience! The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed — a small kitchen, good Wi-Fi, and a quiet space to study. The location is nice and safe, with shops and transport nearby. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond whenever I needed something. I really felt at home here. Highly recommend this place for students or anyone staying in Heilbronn for a longer time!

This apartment was handy to everything, had all we needed comfortable and quiet. Would definitely stay again. Plenty of room for 7 adults. Small outdoor sitting area was great.
The apartment exceeded our expectations. It is modern, bright and airy, very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The lovely terrace overlooks the river and it's in a very quiet area, yet only 10 minutes walk to the town. The underground parking facilities are a bonus. The host, Mark, is extremely friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any enquiries. He has provided everything anyone could possibly need for a stay. Very highly recommended.
Our host was very accommodating, and very eager to hear our feedback about the apartment.
