Quiet location, clean, big room with comfortable beds. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

Very dusty floor, it hasn't been mopped. Sheets are clean but dusty. The temperature is difficult to control; we couldn't turn it off, very hot or very cold. Washine machine to be paid and not free as it appears here. Microwave dirty and yellow could not be used, it is also part of the facilities here. The owner has to update the booking facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is very comfortable and a great location for accessing Munich. The train station is across the road and you can be in the centre in about 30 minutes and the same line (S8) goes directly to Munich airport.. There are cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores all within walking distance. We liked the balcony - a great place to watch all the comings and goings. There was plenty of free parking.
The staffs were exceptionally polite and eager to help us in all aspects. Actually I checked out the room and dropped the luggage in the reception to collect it in the evening. There was a surprise waiting for me. while cleaning my room the staffs found my Apple Watch and hand over to the reception and they handover it to me. To keep it simple Amper Art Hotel has Trusted Staffs.. my best wishes and thanks to all the staffs working over there
We had a wonderful time in this clean and perfectly laid-out apartment. Everything looked quite new, including the fully equipped kitchen. The balcony was a dream, and the location was even better. Thank you so much for letting us stay here.
The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was very kind and welcoming, even though we only communicated through messages. We truly enjoyed our stay here. The parking space was very convenient. Getting to Munich by S-Bahn was easy. Overall, it was the perfect quality/price ratio for a short getaway!
The house is very spacious and very clean. My family loved staying here. The hosts are very good and happy to help with anything. The house is close to the train station and we made a few trips to Munich. There is a supermarket nearby which was perfect for us. Gauting itself is a quiet area, which is what we like. Fantastic stay I would definitely recommend.

The studio is very clean and well thought, with comfortable beds and everything one needs and more. Annika & Nicolai filled it with very nice little gestures, like organic coffee, boardgames, kitchen basics (and even cereal, pasta & pesto), nice details in the bathroom as well. Within 2 mins, you're at the lake. The terrace is furnished and spacious, perfect for meals outside and for the kids to play in the green. The hosts were very quick to respond to any message and they sent us all the instructions digitally before the trip, which made everything easy.
