Great and quiet location, lovely clean and well maintained flat. Comfortable beds, spaciousness, coffee machine (including coffee) and swing bed. TV with streaming platforms, very fast wifi and large dining table comfortable for both work and relaxation. Of the entertainment, we probably enjoyed most the Friday evening surprise organised by the owners...

Enjoyed the apartment, we used it for our base for a trip to Euro 2024. Entry easy and great communication. Fantastic restaurant nearby.

Amazing little place for the stay we had, surrounded by a picturesque village. The hosts were super friendly and helpful, quick to answer, and you can tell how much effort they put into making the place into a cosy getaway.

This is a very comfortable and cosy house. Everything is very clean and impeccable, with all the things you need to spend some relaxing days. We really loved this beautiful house. This is a place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. A good place to be with family for some holidays. Claudia was very kind and received us very well. We do recommend this very nice place.  The light sensor (in the house entrance/hall) during the night could have the possibility to be switched-off.

The property is located in a little village about 5 minutes from the Karlsruhe to Frankfurt motorway and has been beautifully converted into accommodation, some parts of the property are over 600 years old, having said thatall the facilities are of a very high standard and the check in uses a code and key box that worked very well. The accommodation was very clean , well appointed, parking was on road but it was so quiet that was not a problem. We had a garden apartment with a small patio and a very large double bed and a sofa bed. Attached to the property is a delightful restaurant ( check opening times) in the original 600 year old property which had an excellent menu and the food was beautifully cooked and presented and also an equally impressive wine list. Our hosts were so nice to us the whole time we were there.

We not only got towels, but shower gel and shampoo as well :) They even provided one capsule for a washing machine! There was coffe and tea and eating utensils were provided. Host was super nice and explained everything I wanted to know in English.

This house certainly lived up to its name "exclusive "...the attention to detail and the well equipped kitchen. Spotless. And last but not least the communication...replied very promptly.

Excellent location. right in the middle of town. Very clean, Gracious hosts, easy to move around from its location. Tram is less than 1 minute away and the train station a 10 min walk. Quiet and private. Very easy to find.
