Self-Catering Accommodations in Barcelona

The property was very clean! The staff were very friendly and helped us with everything. This really made our anniversary trip to Barcelona special!

Location: safe and not crowded. Still central and very close to metro and bus stations. Nice room, very clean, good walls (you never hear the neighbors)

We are a Canadian couple in out 60+ years old. We stayed 5 nights and truly enjoyed the accommodation. Why? It is like New, Clean, Comfortable, and well equipped apartment. Helpful 24 hour reception desk. When we booked, it was reasonably priced compared to other properties (pricier ones didn't look as new, nor as large). Great location, steps from subway to get all around the city. We walked there in 20 mins with our luggage from the Train. We got to the Airport by subway lines in 40 mins with only 1 change. Safe area. Basic stores and a few restaurants close by. Yet, it is a very quiet area, and/or the Apartment is well insulated from external noise and light, so we slept very well. We were only a couple, but a family of four could easily stay there because it was a true 1 bedroom with two singles, plus there were two extra single beds in an alcove, away from the living area. We used the extra space for our packing area! The kitchen had a few basics that were appreciated: a few packs of: coffee, sugar, salt, sweetener, and oil. The bathroom only had a minimum of a foamy soap to wash, so do bring your own shower kit. (no problem). Lots of TP was appreciated! Towels were nice, clean, and new. We would stay there again!

We had a really great stay at Casa Filomena in Barcelona. Honestly, what made the biggest difference was the incredibly supportive host with whom it was easy to communicate to and who was always quick to respond. You can really feel when someone genuinely cares about their guests, and that was exactly the case here. Super helpful with recommendations, flexible when needed, and just overall very pleasant to deal with. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. No surprises — which is actually a big plus when you travel. The location also worked perfectly for us, making it easy to get around and enjoy the neighborhood and city without stress. Would definitely stay here again and can confidently recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, a couple of minutes from metro/bus/train and there's an amazing Italian bakery around the corner. Everything was clean and comfortable too. Our host Louis was super nice!

I would absolutely go back! Very clean, comfy, lovely common area, the kitchen is very complete and you can find everything you need, the bed had curtains and the girls from the staff were lovely!

Great location, great services, they do a free dinner for all the guests, they offer a lot of free activities (one for each day of the week), otherwise everything was great. I also had a really good time talking to this receptionist called Eric.

I loved how people at the front desk were super helpful at all times. The gym is small but it’s super nice to have one. I didn’t get to enjoy the pool, but it looked nice. I also loved having the washing machine available to use.

The staff is really paying attention to anything you might need, or ask, guys are really cool! The place is very clean, well furnished, big kitchen, great WiFi, location is great also! I recommend 💯

Everything is exactly as you can see in the pictures. The staff is really nice and helpful, the rooms are clean. We were travelling with a baby, we double check where we go, and I can say we felt safe at this place. There was a crib, as promissed. The location is good - you need 15 minutes by foot to La Ramblas street, but it's far away enough from large groups of tourists. You can see a bit of real Barcelona life in this area. I recommend considering local restaurants and coffee shops, they are nice and less crowded.

I really liked the location: close to the city centre, metro station just down the road, grocery store next door. The room was quiet, cleaned everyday, warm and cozy.

Property was located in a convenient location close to everything. Many restaurant and stores nearby. Close to Metro. The place was very clean and comfortable. The host was very attentive and communicative. I truly enjoyed my stay and cant wait to come back to Barcelona
