Perfect place, quiet & peaceful, very pleasant owner.

The location was great, as was the view from the balcony. My daughters loved the LED lights in the bedroom, and the fact they had a TV each! The snack packs were an added bonus too, especially when strating out early for a day out. I am recovering from leg injuries so the fact there was a sofa bed downstairs was a welcome addition

Brilliant location, just a short stroll from the beach and local restaurants. Great area at the back to take the dogs for a run around. Clean and well presented..lovely terrace with fabulous sea views (just not warm enough to use it much in March). Great base for exploring the whole Mojacar area. Would happily recommend this property.

The huge terrace, fabulous pool, the sea views, the cleanliness, all communal areas very clean and quiet.

Spacious flat, especially the terrace It also had a kettle (not listed) as well as the 'one cup' hot water boiler Clean & tidy

This appartement was amazing very clean with cleaning every day . The host was really nice always available to give tips about the area . Well positioned we had a sea view amazing for the sunrise and then the sunset at the pool . Loved our stay absolutely recommend it . We will go back

Location was perfect for walking around and exploring the pueblo, plenty of room in the place deffo recommend and will be back

Ideal for a holiday kitchen come diner bathroom and bedroom clean and well maintained.

We loved the property. It was very modern and clean and well decorated. There is a dish washer, washing machine,and oven as well as microwave. All looked new. Parking was outside in the road but no problem (maybe would be in the summer season). It is a quiet road with a dead end so no through traffic. Very near to the sea front. The owner was very prompt with contact and sincere in wanting you to enjoy staying at his property. Would highly recommend. We had our two little dogs with us who were welcomed at no extra cost which is a big plus for us.

Everything- great location with everything we needed. Very comfortable and large bed - excellent for tall husband! 1st time to Mojacar and the apartment is in a great location- easy access to beach and restaurants

The location of the property is superb, with easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. The roof top terrace provides excellent views and has a lovely hot tub with whirlpool facility. The interior of the property is modern and is very well equipped and comfortable. There is very effective air conditioning / heating in all rooms. We would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely place to anybody!

Very nice house,very spacious for our family well equipped very nice beads, few steps away from a lovely beach also in the complex are two lovely restaurants a bar a beach club and a lovely gym and a shop , for sure we will go back again

The Property was very clean on arrival. The beds are very comfortable and there is ample seating areas inside and out. Shower facility’s were perfect with very good pressure for the showers. It was ideal having a washing machine at the property and airers outside to dry the clothes. We were very lucky with the weather and the heat and the property was cool enough without the need of the air con It was great to be in a secure and quiet location and within a few minutes walk to the beach Natalia was very forthcoming and informative and we would defiantly stop here again. Will recommend to family and friends

So comfy , it has everything you need. It feels home actually. The location is very good , sooo quiet and relaxing for those how are looking for rest.
