Self Catering Accommodation in Nice

Loved our stay here. Arrived at 10pm, but we were still able to enjoy a light dinner and drink in the hotel bar. The location is excellent, room size and comfort exceeded our expectations. Friendly, helpful staff, thank you to Marlon for the delicious cocktails. Thank you !

Great to have my own studio with kitchenette, plain and tastefully furnished/decorated, with very friendly cafe downstairs for excellent lunches too. Nice atmosphere with the language students living there.

Great little studio in the heart of Nice!

Beautiful, clean apartment in an amazing location. The owner is really nice, the place is cozy, we felt at home right away and were sad to leave. The property has pretty much everything you need (except for an oven) and the owner pays attention to details. We fell in love with Nice, the location was really nice as it has an adorable beach 3 minutes away that we would visit every day, and it's close to the centre. Good value for money.

Perfectly located, spacious apartment with everything needed for our break away. Everything was within walking distance from the apartment with trams close by if needed.

Very convenient location — close to trams and the train station, within walking distance of a supermarket and a free beach. Friendly staff. Our room had a partially renovated bathroom with good hot water pressure. It’s convenient that everything needed for a comfortable stay is available, including a kitchenette where you can prepare breakfast.

Whenever I need something, the staff went out of their way to assist me. They spoke good English, they were kind and polite. They even seemed to anticipate my needs and wishes :-)

Nicest staff I encountered in a while! So attentive and genuinely friendly! Free coffee and quality tea all day at the lobby, super clean, great breakfast included with fresh french croissants, pastries, eggs, cheese and more. For a 4-star hotel the design and the attention to detail is so good and soothing. Even the plates and mugs at breakfast are the same color scheme as the lobby and the rooms. We slept great. Very quiet, calm energy, the curtains blocked 100% of the light so we could sleep in. The location is 5 minutes walk from the beach and walking at distance from all the main sites There's a Carrefour downstairs and an induction stove in the room, so you can also cook for yourself. Excellent value for money!

Everything, good location on outer edge of town, close to trams/walking distance from old town. Our fridge door was broken and Hugo promptly fixed it by next morning. Great communication. Nice balcony and kitchenette in room
