I was looking for a safe hotel with clean rooms and a good location, and Aparthotel AMMI Nice Lafayette definitely was it! The shops, the old town, the beach and tram stops are all very close. The neighborhood was safe. Room was extremely clean, fresh, stylish, comfortable and well-equipped! Staff were very helpful and kind all the time. Definitely will stay here the next time I’m visiting Nice!

The flat was exactly as presented or even better, very spacious, clean and modernly decorated. We appreciated the dressing, extra storing spaces, it was quiet although the tram is passing nearby. We had all necessary kitchen facilities and I very much appreciated the complimentary coffee pods. The beds are confy, spacious bathroom with French citrus-smelling toiletries. Separate WC, which was very practical. Nice decorations, matchy and functional. 2 large TVs. The flat is 7 minutes away from the train station, exactly what we needed because we travelled each day to another little town on Cote d'Azur. The owner, Lisa, was always in touch via message, showing high availability.

Nicely renovated house with several apartments, where we had the largest one with to full bedrooms, a spacious terrace and large kitchen. Extremely clean and well-maintained with care for detail. Great communication and friendly hosts. In addition there are communal outdoor spaces.

Great location, close to restaurants and the beach. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the main room was a very good size. Sofa bed for 3rd guest was big and comfortable and easy to set up. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return.
