Self Catering Accommodation in Nice

Location and very comfortable

Great to have my own studio with kitchenette, plain and tastefully furnished/decorated, with very friendly cafe downstairs for excellent lunches too. Nice atmosphere with the language students living there.

Great little studio in the heart of Nice!

This apartment is located in the heart of Nice! The beach is a 15 minute walk away. A bar street is a 1 minute walk away. If you like to have a drink before going to bed The landlord was very welcoming! He recommended many beautiful sights and delicious restaurants for us! Special mention should be made of the fact that the kitchen and bathroom in the apartment are very spacious. This is rarely seen in French apartments. My family loves this place. You would be hard pressed to find such a great affordable place to stay in August. We are planning our second year to be able to stay here longer! For the price of rent in Nice in August, the apartment is unbeatable! Thank you for everything

The apartment is in a good location. We wanted to base ourselves in Nice for day trips to nearby towns and it's only a 15 mins walk to the train station. The apartment has air-conditioning in most rooms. Henry is also very friendly and responsive.

Good size room with small kitchen, so was able to make breakfast.

The room is very spacious, with a balcony, outdoor table and chairs, and a wall of flowers—perfect for a candlelight dinner. There’s also a stovetop, and both the bathroom and living area are very large. The kitchen is well equipped. Reception were friendly and attentive.

It’s a wonderful place close to the beach. Really nice and friendly staff (especially Onix), great location, tasty breakfasts. We were here with our 1 year old baby and it was amazing vacation. I can highly recommend this place for family holidays with children

Amazing location, very nice stuff, and super cozy rooms. Perfect for a long weekend stay. And beaches in Nice are amazing.

Good location - 24/7 service

The room is clean and spacious. The balcony is large with a table and chairs. The bathroom is super! Spacious, everything is very conveniently located. The shower cabin is large! There is a towel warmer, this gives warm air in the bathroom.

It was clean and well situated in the center.

Great location and facilities.

Very kind staff Location Quality

Everything was nice, we enjoyed it. The hotel staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the studio room with balcony. It was very nice, clean and comfortable.

Full size kitchen enabled us to save money. We bought food from grocery and cooked ourselves. Personnel was very friendly and tried to do their best to fulfil our our requests.

Very good pricing and comfortable bed, loved having a balcony too, lovely staff.

It was a very pleasant experience. The hotel has a stylish and modern design that really stood out. The decor throughout the property is chic and thoughtfully done, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step in. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay. The hotel's location is convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Despite being in a busy area, my room was quiet, and I was able to get a good night's sleep. However, there were a couple of issues. Unfortunately, the hotel was missing elevator, which made getting to my room a bit inconvenient, especially with luggage. Additionally, while the towels were changed daily, the room itself was not cleaned during my stay, which was a bit disappointing given the overall quality of the hotel. Overall, Ammi provided good value for the price, and I would consider staying here again the next time I'm in Nice.

Nice welcoming staff, clean rooms, food location

Everything was clean, smooth check in, the hosts were really kind and were helping with any request we had

Clean, spacious and super comfy bed!
