Beautiful property well maintained and very welcoming. Outstanding!

Excellent location and very peaceful, staff were so helpful . The pod was spotless and the hot tub and underfloor heating was a bonus.. Food & drink on site was the best we have ever tried ..... And the location for walks in the countryside was spot on .....

It was just perfect, quiet, private, warm and comfortable beautiful view we had a fabulous time

Overall amazing! Will be definitely coming back. At one point did not want to give it high ratings so it doesn't get all booked up and still available when we'll want to head back😅

We had a amazing stay was very clean and coasy, the lovely landlord rabecca left us some Maltesers as a welcome what were super yummy thank you , the retreat was very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be returning!

Fantastic property! Modern, clean, comfortable. Everything we needed. Felt very private. The little touches such as the bread and jam and the butter and milk in the fridge. Everything we needed for a night away relaxing and enjoying the hot tub in the wonderful little garden too.

Lovely little cottage for a couple of nights, we really enjoyed our stay and the garden was a lovely touch for us to enjoy during the summer weather! We loved the pubs walking distance from the property.

It was a very convenient location for us away from the hustle and bustle. Clare was very thoughtful and attentive to our needs. She ensured we had everything during our stay. Very spacious and has all required amenities.

Lovely spacious apartment with allocated parking, walking distance to the shops, town centre and station with good connections to Brighton & London.

Absolutely beautiful cottage in the most unique location. The rooms are large and bright, the beds are comfortable and you can waltz in the kitchen if you wish to. The highlight of the property is the garden! There is literally a steam train going through the dreamy woods at the foot of the hill. And at dusk there is an orchestra of wildlife sounds. There is so much to see. Ashdown Forest is endless, the nearby farm is superb source of food supplies and the local pubs are fab. Emma is a brilliant host and a great communicator.
