Impressive stand alone cottage. Very well presented. Clean. Well stacked with appliances and utensils. Situated in a picturesque rural area. Very comfortable. Lovely pub 8 mins walk down the lawn.

I like the location and the comfortable bed. The apartment is cozy, well decorated, and well equipped. With 3verything we could possibly need. I also like the fact that there is an allocated free parking space. I cant ask for more.

Great location in the centre of Basingstoke with loads of choices for restaurants, bars, and shopping. The apartment is clean and very cosy with smart tv and good WiFi.

Great location, lovely apartment

Amazing property! Very well equipped, spotless and comfortable. Cozy and warm with the heating on too which was great for us as we live in Australia (originally from Basingstoke) and there was a cold snap whilst we were staying. Short walk into town. We didn’t have a car but there was an allocated space and also visitor parking.

I have not stayed in a nicer apartment and I've been in many! This one is perfect! Loads of light through windows all through. Nice big TV in front of the most comfortable sofa in any apartment I've stayed in (this matters after a day at work!). Really comfy bed. Nice dining area. Bus stop about 2 minutes walk away (only 2 stops to the station). The location is on one hand perfect being outside the busy centre and very quiet with hardly any traffic but, a bit of a trek to get to if walking & pulling a case (uphill from the station) and no shops/eateries etc. immediately around. Very secure too.

This was a more than perfect location as a base for a family event in the area. The house itself is deceptively large and very comfortable. All the amenities were excellent, kitchen well equipped, full laundry onsite. And the benefit of an actual home office if you needed it. We did not get to use the deck because the weather was not great. Adult children reckon it is the best "Airbnb" they have ever stayed in. The location is great for tourism as well with many many visitor attractions in the area. We did not have much time for tourism but Winchester, Salisbury and Stonehenge featured.

Everything was perfect. The guests were so friendly and patient. They made me feel so comfortable all the time. And the location in Basingstoke is excelent. I will definetely return if I ever come back to Basingstoke!

This place is fantastic. I couldn't recommend a better place to stay. Its convenient, well equipped and very cozy.
