The property and rooms were beautiful and serene. Just steps to rhe beach which has crystal clear and calm waters. If you have a car it is a very short drive into Edispsos for the thermal baths. The main town of Agios Nikoloas is walkable which a phenomenal fish restaurant that has very traditional and delicious Greek food. The room is equipped with a kitchen and all essentials if you wanted to make anything yourself.

We liked everything, the hosts were amazing, very helpful and friendly, the house - intimate and best of all - in an olive tree orchard. What is amazing is that you can find a small church in the back garden. The kitchen has all you need to make a fast meal, the bathroom was clean and the beds were very comfortable.

The property is absolutely amazing, in traditional Greek style, with vintage furniture very nicely updated…if you like to get a first hand Greek living experience this is a wonderful place to stay at. The property is very spacious, it has a generous outdoor area with flowers and greenery. On top of that, there is perfect privacy because there are no neighbours close by so you don’t have to worry about disturbing others if you like your music loud (we don’t) or being disturbed by others. The beach is 3 minutes walk away and there’s a very nice beach club, with sun beds, umbrellas, drinks & snacks at reasonable prices.

Our overall experience is great! We spent 2 weeks. The host is incredibly good and friendly person - he even brought as a couple of times some breakfasts and sweets, along with a huge welcome basket! Very generous! The house has wonderful sea view from all of the rooms. The location is very good. We were travelling with an electric car and the host allowed us to charge it from the house electricity. The kids liked the cats and the nice garden.
