Self-Catering Accommodations in Perdika

The villa was absolutely amazing – with breathtaking views, excellent amenities (cleaned daily), and a fantastic private pool. We stayed here as a family of five and it exceeded our expectations. Its location is also ideal, close to beautiful beaches, great restaurants, and supermarkets.

The most beautiful accommodation experience in Greece (out of 14 accommodations we have had in Greece in recent years). An example of true Greek hospitality. The host and his family are very nice, kind-hearted and helpful. The house is modern, well-furnished and excellently clean. The garden is a small paradise.

The interior is brand new, the internet is reliable, and the smart TV works exactly as it should (which is surprisingly rare in many Airbnb properties). The bathroom is very spacious, and the apartment is located just 10 meters from the main pedestrian street, making it extremely convenient. Parking is easy right outside the building, and being on the ground floor is a big advantage when carrying luggage. The hosts are very helpful and responsive.

An amazing apartment with exceptional hosts! Тhis place exceeded all our expectations. It really felt like a home away from home- so comfortable, clean, specious and well-equipped. We looked forward to every morning just to sit down with a cup of coffee and enjoy the breathtaking view. The location was excellent- only 10 minutes with a car from our two favourite beaches in the area- Karavostasi and Arilla. We cannot thank Andreas, Marilena and their parents enough for the warm welcome and incredible hospitality! We had to leave our previous accommodation, and they took us in immediately, completely saving our holiday. Highly recommended and we would love to come back!

Fabulous view , very friendly owner , exceptional cleanliness. The location is perfect for those who want to stay in a peaceful place but close to the see. Parga and Syvota are 15-20 min drive. Exellent 10/10

The helpful, friendly attitude of all the staff. The scooter hire was incredibly cheap and although we had a car it was so easy to take a scooter to the other beaches. The location between Perdika and Syvota meant we had loads of choices for shops and restaurants. The breakfast had so much variety and was always fresh.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The room was always fresh and perfect for a good night's sleep. We especially loved the beautiful terrace with its amazing sea view. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again.

Amazing location with a lovely view, overseeing all of Perdika. Close to the centre of town as well as close to a lot of nice beaches.
