Self Catering Accommodation in Plános

The kindness and hospitality was beyond our expectations! The hosts are very helpful and always there to make your day better! The hotel itself was amazing. The room was very specious and clean and it had everything you needed. The place is close to the beach like max 5 min walk depending on which way you choose to go and the beach nearby is perfect! Also, the hotel has a restaurant as well and the food was amazing - best Greek meze you’ll eat! I recommend eating here as the food and prices are very good! Overall, the stay was so pleasant and we are glad we chose this place to stay for our holiday :)

It was our first time in Zakynthos and we stayed in Filoxenia Beach Apartments and it was absolutely stunning building most beautiful apartments and so comfortable and right on the beach front. I absolutely loved staying here and I will definitely returning to stay here when we come back next year , the staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating, rooms were cleaned every day and given fresh towels every day by lovely friendly cleaning staff , the breakfast is to die for and is must to get if you stay here and was delivered every morning at a time of your choosing by the lovely Dora who was so helpful and felt like family by the end of our stay . The beach is literally on your door step amazing blue water and comfortable Sunbeds and amazing food to order . It was a Short walk to shops and near by restaurants , everything we could ask for. I would highly recommend to stay at Filoxenia Beach Apartments if you’re planning a trip to Zakynthos.

Rich breakfast buffet... the location of the hotel is wonderful, it is located on a promontory and enjoys a fantastic view over the whole valley, it is also far from the chaos of the main street of Tsilivi. The staff are wonderful and very friendly and do everything they can to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It had everything I needed and the atmosphere was vey relaxing.

Amazing place very well equipped, I will definitely come back and recommend to big groups to book for an exceptional holiday

Best place ever for holiday. Very close to the beach. The hosts are lovely people, very helpful with everything, nothing is problem, just ask. They kindly picked us up at the airport and same on the way back. Beautifull room, very clean, comfy beds, 2 Balkonies, one always in shade. Very close to the town, shops, restaurants. Really great location for everything. We would love to come next year again. Thank you very much for beautiful time. Love Hana

We had a wonderful stay at Noka Villa. The villa was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing family holiday in Zakynthos. A special thank you to our host, who was extremely welcoming, friendly, and always available whenever we needed anything. The hospitality really made a difference and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was well taken care of, and we genuinely enjoyed our time here. We would happily recommend Noka Villa to families or anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Zakynthos. We would definitely stay again!

Everything was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, near the beach, we will come back again.

Breakfast and especially the food in general was amazing as usual, service was spot on, family run business that really cares.

Very quiet, far from crowdy places. Beautiful view to the sea. Very friendly staff.

Wonderful villa , very well equipped, exceptionally clean, good wifi throughout the property and grounds, efficient air conditioning. Super walk in shower with lashings of hot water ! Owner very helpful and friendly, pool towels available and changed regularly. We loved the pool and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evenings on the comfy chairs under the pergola.

Had oven, toasters, hob and set in a lovely garden. The owner was incredible. Little extras, drinks and snacks and even bought us a leaving gift.

Pool was very nice and Spartakos is a nice host!

The Villa looked nice with an outdoor pool which we tried to use but the water was a bit too cold in September. We liked the barbecue area and the view. The host left some welcome snacks, wine, coffee and water and they were very helpful when we asked about the attractions in the area.

The accommodation has a great location right in the center, a short walk from the beach, the advantage is parking, since we had a rented motorbike. The owner was helpful, he asked several times during our stay if we were missing anything, he even accommodated us right after our arrival in the morning. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to give a bigger mirror, otherwise everything was fine.

It was a very nice experience on the island. The house is modern, comfortable and clean. It is very close to the beach and to the centre. We were glad to stay there.
