The host (Erlin) was easily the best I have ever had (I have travelled a lot over the last 30 years). He replied instantly to my questions on WhatsApp and helped me out when I had difficulty with my hire car. A very honest, trustworthy and reliable man. The villa is very posh and luxury. Perfect as a base for a family with a hire car to explore the island. We highly recommend the family run restaurant Johnny's Greek Restaurant in the local town about 1.6km away.

We had a wonderful stay at Aqua Bay Hotel. The food was truly exceptional – every meal offered a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, which made our stay even more comfortable. Property was stunning and well looked after. Breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and lovely fresh juice bar daily. The all day snack menu had a great variety and the vegan restaurant was delicious! Many many sun lounges and beds available whether by the pool or beach. Staff were all fantastic.

Loveliest place you can imagine in Zakynthos. No mass tourism, you feel just like being at home with two wonderful and friendly sisters running this family business. The staff were very pleasant to deal with and friendly. Housekeeping was exceptional, changing our towels daily, making our comfortable bed up and offering to wash the dishes as this was self catering. We received extra pillows upon request and the floor of the apartment was cleaner than we have ever experienced throughout the many years of our travels. The snack bar on premises was very handy and reasonably priced. There was plenty of parking available at the property. Being the last guests to leave for the season, the proprietors very kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment at no extra cost until our late afternoon transfer arrived. They waited patiently until our transfer arrived. Never experienced such consideration by hosts. The pool area and garden is maintained immaculately with ample sunbeds available in a tranquil setting. Would highly recommend!

I was greeted by the host like none other in all of my travels. She told us she was our Greek mama. Thank you! Wonderful welcome! While I had only booked two nights I talked to many other guests who'd been once and the next time centred their whole return trip on coming here. The host makes a huge effort to create a community of you wish to be apart of one. If your are looking for affordable accommodation in Tsilivi then look no further. Great swimming pool too and close to many restaurants and supermarkets

The hosts were lovely. Very helpful and friendly. Helped us to the room with our bags coming and going. Great location. The beach was less than 1 minute walk and the town centre was very accessible and nearby. Lovely food, great service and a nice swimming pool.

This is absolutely amazing place. Apartments are very comfortable (we had 2), equipped in everything you need on this type of vacation. Your apartments are cleaned every day and you can have fresh towels. You can use swimming pool which belongs to the owners, drink whatever you want and eat good home food. Owners are very kind, helpful and very friendly. You can feel with them like in family. Every day you are welcome with the freindly smile and nice words.
