The rooms and facilities were excellent. Also staff were very helpful. Also the location is very good, close to shops, restaurants, pubs, public transport and the beach.

The people there are very helpful and nice. Place is great apartment vas very very clean althou the furniture was a bit old but it gives you a very greek vibe. 10/10 would come again. You have a great pool and a bar with a restaurant on site. Prices in the restaurant are good.

The owner Pete and his staff are amazing. The apartments are spacious and newly renovated. They are in a great location, walking distance to Kos town. Pete and his staff want their guests to have the best possible time while staying at their apartments, they were all extremely helpful and friendly. When you arrive at the apartments, Pete will supply you with a map of the island and write down some restaurants, bars and beaches that he recommends visiting, do yourself a favour and try visit as many of Pete's recommendations as possible, not a single one of them disappointed! Which in result, made our trip to Kos unbeatable! Pete also organised our scooter hire and taxi to the airport, our stay at Gelli apartments was a breeze and completely stress free! Highly recommend!

Very elegant, modern, and functional villa. Beautifully furnished. It is located in the ZIA area, in the center of the island of Kos, slightly elevated, halfway between the airport and the seaport. A strategic location to avoid the heat, humidity, noise, and smog of Kos while having all the island's beaches within reach (maximum 30 minutes) with a lovely refreshing breeze. The owner, Ms. Ines, is very kind and punctual, even when providing remote assistance.

Everything. Location, amazing sea and iselands view from terrace, very clean and spacious apartment, comfortable beds, spacious garden, safe and covered parking space, all equipments in the apartment like AC for all rooms, kitchen appliances etc.

Everything. The apartment is clean, well equipped and has amazing views. Great location within walking distance of lots of shops and the famous Special Zipari ice cream shop is a very short walk. The terrace is perfect...so private and js where we spentt most of our days to wind down. Tingaki is a short 5 minute bus ride. The side terrace was amazing for morning coffee. Every appliance you could need..the fridge was fully stocked, beer, wine, soft drinks, water, fresh fruit..and 2 melon halves. Tea, coffee and much more was also provided. A beautiful apartment. The owner has put a lot of time and care to make it perfect

Maria was an incredibly kind and welcoming host. She was always available and ready to help with anything we needed throughout our stay. The house had everything we could possibly need — and even more! It was very cozy and truly felt like home. Nothing was missing. The location is also perfect: right in the center of the island, making it easy to reach every destination without any trouble. Having a parking space is definitely a big plus as well. Suggested to anyone!

The villa was modern and comfortable beds luxury the pool on the night with lights on was great. And the sunset on the balcony was breathtaking even from the hotub. The owers of the villa was amazing few issues but soon resolved and was so welcoming the filoxenia team was great communication and super helpful . Was a lovely stay and definitely recommend

We loved our stay in the accommodation. The garden and house is beautiful We enjoyed the view of the mountains and sea.

Wonderful house with a strategic position, it is between the most famous beaches and kos town! And a great view!

The cottage Is perfect and Nikos Is a super host, very nice.

We stayed for 5 nights and wish we had more. The villa is stunning. Well catered from kitchen to bathroom. Bedroom are large with nig wardrobes. We were able to use the washing machine so all our washing was done before we got back to the UK. The pool area was really clean and well maintained. George and Christina are fabulous hosts, they had left a welcome pack for us which included, bread, margarine, juice, wine. This was so nice of them. There are 2 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk so that was really handy. We hired a car, which is a must if you want to explore the island. We also used the local bus to get to Kos on a couple of nights. The bus stop is about 7 minutes walk from the villa. We loved every minute of our stay and have already recommended it to friends!!

Extremely good view from the rooftop, you could see the full sunset from it, and the landlord is really friendly and caring, I’ll definitely choose it for staying if I come again
