Despite the fact that we were arriving late at the airport he made the check-in process smooth and hassle free. He also surprisingly offered us a great breakfast (not included in the reservation) and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Also kind the next day to reserve us a taxi to pick us up at the facility.
