Everything about the property & location is exceptionally wonderful. I am lucky to have spent time at Misty Mountain cottage - at gadakufri. Forest therapy, nature meditation, connection to our earth, the weather, mountain walks, the peace & calm here is Divine. My experience here has definitely left a beautiful impact on Me, an imprint on My subconscious & fulfillment in My soul. I'd definitely love to visit again and spend more time. Everything was great. Maya and her family (mum, grand mum/ dad) are absolutely lovely. Very helpful for anything you would need and very welcoming, the grandparents even invited us for tea. The appartment is really big and really feels like a home. It is a really nice place to relax and enjoy the view. The location is a bit out of the center but it’s very local and easily accessible by cab or bus. Can’t recommend more ! Thanks Maya for this lovely stay :)

My stay was wonderful. I was very well received, Mamta makes simply wonderful food and always took great care to make sure I was well, in addition to her, the whole family helped me with everything I needed during my stay. The rooms are clean, have hot water and the view is simply wonderful! It's perfect for have a chai and watching the sunset. The guesthouse is located in a quiet place, far from the busy center of Shimla, and to get to this region it is possible to use public transport or the family can order a taxi, which is always very easy. I loved my stay, I even learned how to make Indian food, I definitely recommend it!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future
