Snow Valley Heights is nothing short of excellent. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous and offered a high standard of service. The food was great and good value for money. The standard of cleanliness was high and the cleaning staff were very helpful. The location is great with beautiful views from the rooms. On Christmas Day we even received a complimentary plate of cakes and chocolates which was a lovely surprise when we returned to the hotel after an afternoon out. Absolutely no complaints at all.

Everything about the property is great! The helpful and super professional staff, ambience, facilities rooms. I would like to mention some special people who made our stay memorable. Mr Vishal, Mr Manish at Front desk had all smiles for us at the arrival and ofcrse after our day end. Mr Vijay n restaurant team were so helpful and quick in all our requests.
