Charming/spacious (2 bathrms, 2 bedrms and nice kitchen)/very clean/well appointed and the owner took the time to meet us. The location was great up on the mountain with wonderful views and literally in the center of town. Plenty of parking. Outside the villa there was a private stone patio for relaxing/morning coffee, etc.

La Perla was impeccably clean, spacious & tastefully renovated. The outdoor environment is well manicured with gated parking. We had a very nice variety of both home made goods and quality assortments for breakfast + a few other goodies in the fridge. Rossella is very knowledgeable about the area and we found gems that were less touristy & very scenic. The area is convenient, approx 1 hour drive to Fiumichino intl airport & in a quiet neighbourhood. Hope to be back soon. Grazie Rossella
