Labai grazus ir jaukus butas, ypatingai svaru, yra visa reikiama iranga ir priemones, padeta prausimosi, dantu valymo priemoniu, skalbimo kapsuliu, visa virtuves iranga. Labai jauki terasa. Automobili galima laikyti praktiskai po langais. Labai maloni seimininke. Per svetaines langus matosi Alpes.
