This location is magnificent. Easy to get to, easy to go to Noto from here, really a little slice of heaven. The facilities are impeccable and kept in perfect condition. The pool and bar area are amazing. Breakfast was great and dinner there was one of the best meals we had in all of Sicily - a true flavour explosion. The rooms are great - we had 2 glamping "tents", had everything you need, great AC in very hot period, comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the outside area for after dinner wine. Really loved this experience. They also let us stay an extra 2 hours at the pool post check out as we would have been stuck. They recommended we go to Ragusa which is an hour away and it was INCREDIBLE - dont miss that.

A hidden gem in a beautiful paradise!! There are 3 different areas to choose from. We stayed in the premium section. We had a gazebo that overlooked the ocean. It was such a wonderful sight at any time of the day. There were plenty of seats to lounge around outside. The kitchen was absolutely perfect for our family!! Big fridge, gas stove, oven, plenty of utensils. Our kids have food allergies, so we were able to cook a few meals and not have to go out to eat evey night. We were traveling with 2 children and a 4 month old baby. Our room felt very private, and it was a very comfortable stay. Simona was such an excellent host!! We kept in touch through WhatsApp. Her instructions were very clear, and if we had any questions about the property, she would answer them promptly. The cleaning lady, Isabella, was around to maintain the facility and help us as well. Simona was absolutely amazing!! Even though we didn't meet face to face, it always like her presence was there, and she was available. Her place is very well taken care of, and we were honored to be her guests. Some things to remember if you're staying here. The grocery store Conad is just a 15 minute drive. There are plenty of other grocery stores to choose from as well. Fortuna is also a great place if you need any housewares, chargers, or other house stuff. My only regret is that I didn't have time to use the grill, but maybe next time!

We loved the rural location and space around the cabin. It was relaxed and very quiet. The owner couldn't have been more helpful. We stayed an extra night it was so pleasant.

Amazing place and the owner is a wonderful and responsive host. The pool is even nicer in real life than the pictures show. If you’re looking for accommodation in southern Sicily, don’t hesitate to book this place.

Imma met us and was wonderful. Apt. is walking distance to all sites. Parking easy right on street in front of building. Very up to date apt.

Close drive to Noto, country orchard setting, easy secure parking, kitchenette in room, host was very responsive to texts and helpful with tourist recommendations, sunny outdoor seating and tables

Carmela is very warm and friendly, and was clearly concerned to make sure that we enjoyed her place and her town. The rooftop terrace was lovely, and also includes a kitchen with espresso machine. Shower was excellent.

The booking was canceled non of the reception was picking up after Rome hour of trying to find someone one worker tried to help us who did not speak English. When we finally got in touch with reception lady said canceled no electricity bey

The apartment was beautiful, exceeded our expectations. Vincenzo lovely human being . Kind and helpful. Would recommend to family and friends. Close to Center and all amenities. Vincenzo was there whenever we needed any assistance. Kind even have a gift to my kids. We will definitely be back one day ! Noto is beautiful 👌😄😄

The decor and attention to detail was fabulous. So comfortable and modern. Host Luca was great and very nice. Location is perfect, highly recommended.
