Self Catering Accommodation in Pellizzano

We went for Christmas and skiing on Dec 2025. We liked: 1) The owner/host is very very friendly and willing to help and solve all issues which we might have. THANK YOU!!! 2) We received the welcome gift: nice surprise. THANK YOU!!! 3) One bedroom apartment is a fine for 5 adult people. Apartment is clean. 4) Slippers and bathrobes are provided. 5) The sauna and jacuzzi are included in the price, no advance booking. As the property contains just 12 rooms, there were always places to be there. It is so relaxing after skiing day to go to sauna & Jacuzzi 😊 6) The Spar shop is just cross the steer – 50 m from apartment 7) Pellizzano is very small town: there are few restaurants, but you could reach more by car to other towns nearby 8) The apartment’s owner has a meat restaurant nearby. We ordered some dinners from there: as the restaurant was fully booked, the food was delivered to our room. 9) There is a ski room in the basement. The boots heater works on some hours and only on the hooks where the boots are hanging. 10) There is a complimentary laundry room too (we did not use it). 11) The free ski bus stops 100 meters from apartments and rides 15 min to Marilleva 900 lift. The bus goes each 30 min in the morning & evening. The owner has a schedule, or it is on the internet too. 12) The ski pass is valid for 2 regions: Marilleva & Forgarida. They are fine, nice slopes for beginners and some for advanced. . Map: https://www.ski.it/en/info-live/interactive-ski-map 13) BUT, if you would like to ski in Madonna di Campiglo slopes you have 3 choices: a) ski on slopes #10 forward and #46 back. FYI: #10 is more black than red, especially after noon. This slope is not for beginners b) go by car to Groste. 30 min on serpentine road – slippery after snow c) free ski bus theoretically could bring you there, but there are 3 transfers and schedules are rather difficult to plan.

Kind and helpful hosts! Spacious apartment, very clean, comfortable beds. Excellent wi-fi. Cars can be parked in their private yard. Perfect location to the Marilleva 900 cable car. Can be combined with both skiing in Madonna di Campiglio, Passo Tonale, Ponte di Legno and Temu. This is what we did. We skied two days in Madonna di Campiglio and the other two in Passo Tonale and the others. We loved it there. Hopefully we'll be back some day.

The host Carla is very kind and welcomed us warmly. The apartment is clean and warm. We had everything we needed.

Very nice apartment, in a building with several apartments and we had a new, well-equipped and clean apartment. There is a supermarket near the apartment. The hosts are very nice and took care of everything we asked for. The apartment also has a washing machine which helped us during our stay.

Very nice, clean and confortable apartment. Lot of space, there were four of us, but it can accomodate 2 persons more. Location is also very good. On walking distance there are supermarkets, farmacy, house of cheese.. 5 min drive from ski gondola.

Very pleasant apartment. In our opinion, it looks even better in real life than in the photos. Excellent location – within 500 meters there are two shops, very close to the ski bus stop and a reasonably priced ski rental. A great place for walking with a dog along the river. Very kind and friendly owners. We also highly recommend the nearby Centrale bar.

Good location, close to shop or restaurant. Parking suitable for one car, but during snowy days you need chains for wheels. Spacious living room.

The hosts were lovely and super helpful. The property is really homely and has everything we needed. There is no wifi but we have our own mobile wifi device so that wasn't an issue. We loved our week at Mansarda de Noce. The electricity supply is 3.5W which requires a little bit of planning but wasn't a problem at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this house with our family. The place was incredibly cozy and welcoming, making it easy to relax and feel at home right away. One thing we especially appreciated was how well-equipped the kitchen was, it had everything we needed and more, which made cooking together very convenient. The house itself had a very unique and interesting design. We’ve stayed in many places before, but this one really stood out because of its character and atmosphere. It felt special and different in a very positive way. There were also board games available, which was a great touch for spending time together in the evenings. The village was very cute and charming, and we enjoyed walking around. Another big advantage was the location — it was only a short drive to the ski slopes, which made our trips to the mountains very easy. On top of that, the owners were very responsive and quick to help whenever we had a question. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. It was a great place for a family getaway.

The house is very cozy with private parking for two cars. The location is excellent, only 10 minutes drive from Marilleva 900 and 30 minutes drive from Groste gondole. The house was clean, kitchen well equipped with big table for family meals bathrooms ok with washing machine. Very good contact with a helpful host.

Wonderful accommodation. Well equipped apartment in a beautiful location. With the possibility to use the huge balcony and garden directly from the apartment. Convenient large parking in the underground garage.

Everything was excellent. The breakfast offered a great variety, the rooms were very clean, and the wellness area was amazing. The location was perfect, and the staff were outstanding.

The apartment is very spacious and has extra bunk beds if your travel with kids. Water is warm.

Location is amazing, very close to the ski resort entrance. Easy to find the restaurant and market. Host is very helpful and offered all the detailed information. Even made the video for reaching the parking, flat and ski resort. Beds are very cosy and view is fantastic.

It was a very pretty stay and very convenient if you have car. But also, very close to the bus stop and was very nice.

A beautiful, spacious, cleverly arranged loft. Clean, comfortable, and the views are breathtaking. Small, pleasant village with hikes starting from your doorstep. A short drive to Passo Tonale. Convenient parking right outside. We loved our stay and recommend.

Absolutely everything! It was pot-luck to a certain extent as we didn't know the area, but the apartment looked great on Booking.com. Even before we set off, Stefano the host was fantastic, making contact, giving suggestions, even connecting us to a local friend of his who is a cyclist like we are! When we arrived, we were delighted by the village of Ossana, such a wonderful quiet and colourful place, and as for the apartment, we couldn't have wanted anything better, it was perfect for our group! Stefano continued to be incredibly helpful and virtually answered any questions immediately via WhatsApp. Especially when we managed to lock ourselves out on the second day, and Stefano arranged for another set of keys to be made available to use within the hour... doh! Visits to Lago Garda and bike rides up some of the Giro d'Italia's most famous climbs (Tonale - on the door step) Il Motirolo and Passo Gavia) in incredibly sunny and hot weather only helped to enhance our experience! Really, really couldn't recommend La Casa dei Bottoni enough, we've already suggested to friends who are planning trips to the area, hopefully they'll also take the suggestion and have experiences like ours. Perfect location for skiers with the ski bus just opposite the building. The appartment was very comfortable, clean, warm and cosy. I reccommend the place to both families and groups of friends.
