Large apartment very well located with excellent hosts and breakfast

Location is great, place is super clean

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The host was kind, and super proactive – she made us feel truly welcome. We loved the apartment; it was super cozy, charming, and very well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and the breakfast was delightful. We highly recommend it and were so happy with our stay!

A beautiful historic hotel with rooms modernised to give a unique mix of old and new. Location is excellent and near major landmarks. Staff are very helpful and service levels are excellent.

Amazing place to stay at when visiting Florence - especially for families with kids, but also for everyone searching for some peace and quiet in a close vicinity to the city center - the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria and Ponte Vecchio are all just a short drive away down the hill. The entire complex is beautiful, spacious and with a lot of interesting areas to spend your time.

The staffs were lovely! They're super friendly and helpful. Bathroom and everything else were sparkling clean. I stayed in their shared room and I got a very spacious room (not the typical bunkbed room!) and big locker (dont forget to bring your own padlock). Very nice common areas (especially the outdoor space) with free coffee and tea. But the best one is the location! Just a few steps away from the market and the church, also close to the terminal. But still very quiet in the evening. They also have 24 hrs reception.

Very great hostal in the center of Firenze, a lot of space in the rooms and big kitchen, as well as the bathrooms and showers. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

The apartment was spacious and clean, and with everything you need. It is true, the road is quite loud, but it would be loud anywhere in such big town - I did not find it as a huge issue. Also, yes, it is far from the town centre, but the tram stop is just in front of it and the line is direct to the train station, which is at the edge of the town centre. I think it is good deal for a good prize. If I would travel to Florencia again, I would probably book it again.

Super clean and nice apartment. Comfy beds and it's really well organized

The location of the house was very good. The house was clean so we were very pleased. We stayed as 3 girlfriends, the facilities were quite sufficient. If I come again, I would like to stay here. Wifi was working very well. The building was clean and quiet. You can stay here with peace of mind.

The spot is simply magical and perfectly tuned to both the pragmatic, natural and romantic aspects of the Tuscan countryside while still offering a proximity to the Firenze city center.

The indoor pool was great plus. Also location near the old city center. Just a 15min walk.

Exceptional in every way. They had excellent communication before we arrived. They enabled us to check-in early, and would have let us at least leave our luggage (9:00am to 5:00pm) even if the previous guests hadn't left early. They were located right on the main piazza but our back room wasn't noisy at all. The room was comfortable, modern and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

The junior suite was excellent. It’s super comfortable and has everything you need — even a washing machine and all you might need for cooking. The decoration is beautiful and the bed extremely comfortable. The attention was also very good. Highly recommended!

Everything but firstly the location

Very very friendly host and an outstanding apartment right in the centre of Florence. It is quit a new apartment so everything is fresh, small supermarket richt next-door. Absolutely nothing negative to address.
