The location was ideal for visit around Tuscany, tge villa was very well maintained , clean with all the amenities we needed , amazing views but above all the hosts were fantastic! Paola & Alessandro made us feel at home & we enjoyed amazing dinners that Paola prepared - highly recommended !!!

Staff was very good. Specially the owner ! He went above and beyond to help us when we had certain situations recently.

This was a real Tuscany experience. The property is in a remote location, surrounded by amazing views of the hills and vineyards. I loved the area. The grounds were very well maintained, with a pool and spa. The rooms were very large, and the unit had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

We stayed 2 nights on a 27 day trip and this accommodation was my favourite . The ambiance, comfort, pool and breakfast were all excellent. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

A true gem. This place is amazing. It starts with the host(s) which is very much evident how they like the place and hosting. The size of the rooms are huge. The balcony - we were speechless since the view from every corner of our apt was stunning! The temperature was just right for us to sleep with all windows open waking up to a most unforgettable sunrise. We didn't order breakfast so I don't know about that. The city of Volterra is quite an amazing place. The host was full of knowledge and pinpoint places we should see and eat at. All recommendations were spot on.

Charming, clean apartment in central location

The feeling of and « old castle ». Very good territory. Welcoming host. Oil production owned by the hosts which is nearby and you can buy amazing local staff.

Extremely helpful and kind hosts. We arrived early and they greeted us with warm focaccia and their delicious olive oil to thank us for our patience while they finished the cleaning. When asked to refer us to a tailor to shorten the sleeves of my father's new jacket, they not only found one but dropped it off and picked it up for us. When it rained during our stay, they texted us indoor attractions we could visit. So sweet and thoughtful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. There was a very generous welcome basket in the kitchen and in the fridge, full of local products. This attention to detail continued with the high quality Tuscan soap, creme, shampoo, etc. as well as bath robes that were provided. Location is quiet in the countryside, convenient to visit Volterra and San Gimignano and local vineyards. Great value for money.

Everything! Our apartment was beautiful- spacious, comfortable and so charming! Modern-day convenience with old-world charm. The property grounds were very well kept and the views were stunning. Giulia was very helpful with suggestions and directions. And they are building a restaurant which will be very convenient.

Very central location and excellent value for money

Great location. Easy to gain access. Central to everything. Property equipped with a coffee machine and pods which was lovely. The owner replied quickly to all queries.

The apartment is great, it has everything you'd need to visit not only Volterra but Toscana, and enjoying your stay so much. Very close to city center and great place to park. The scenery surrounding the building is amazing.
