Location, view and staff. Exceeded expectations as most of the reviews we read were not great. It depends what block you are in.

The stay was wonderful, with very good contact with the owner. The host was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay. There was a huge amount of space and two bathrooms available. Very close to the bus stop. Excellent location. It was a wonderful stay in Malta, and we will definitely return there again.

In addition to the super spectacular 180 degree sea view and the fantastic roof top terrace with infinity pool all other aspects of this amazing apartment made our stay a really great experience. Stable wifi to work from there, fully equipped kitchen, spacious and bright rooms, everything was just perfect. The host and the housekeeper were always very attentive and helped out with everything we needed. We definitely recommend this place!

I liked the spacious room, the wonderful staff, and the delicious breakfast. Also the location was good enough for connecting buses to Valletta.

Great location in three cities - easy to get over to Valletta (by boat, Uber or bus). Much more pleasant than staying in Valletta as it’s more residential but with some still great scenery and restaurants etc, so all the pros but quieter as so many tourists stay in Valletta itself. Clean and practicable apartment - just what you need for a short stay or city break. Ira and Clint (the hosts) were brilliant, collected me from the airport for a 15 euro fee and gave me a tour of the apartment and introduction to the local area. Really worth it given a taxi would probably cost about 10-15 euro anyway. Thank you both for a great stay!

Beautiful property, clean and with added home comforts. Peter our host was amazing with communication. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommend this property or host in the future.

It was in a perfect location beside restaurants, buses, shops and local ferry

We had a great stay at Henry’s house and would recommend it to others. It’s located in the charming 3 Cities area on Senglea away from the hub bub and busier and more touristy Valletta centre. The ferry across to Valletta is close by with easy access onwards to ferries to Gozo for example. There are a few handy shops nearby and several good restaurants on the Senglea waterfront. Henry is a very friendly, informative and responsive host – you ask, he delivers – there is a useful house manual too (make sure you download it) however Henry is always accessible via WhatsApp and is quite often to be found in the kitchen area to chat with directly. The beds are very comfortable, facilities good and downstairs we also had our own fridge, kettle and filter coffee machine as well as the main kitchen facilities upstairs to use.

The place was nice, clean, you have everything you need,views were amazing, to every question I get fast replays. I really liked the visit.

Great location in a good area. Room was clean bright and had a balcony. The terrace roof top had great views and a nice place to relax. It’s a 10 minute walk to the ferry to Valletta. Harold was easy to converse with via message. I would highly recommended staying. The Church near by rings it’s bells often which was lovely, the room did a good job on keeping the sound to a minimum.

Our stay here was truly memorable thanks to the warm hospitality of the Boxman family. The apartment is a traditional Maltese semi basement, equipped with modern amenities. The hosts were thoughtful enough to provide extras like beach mats and towels, and their useful local tips made it easier to explore the area. The location couldn’t be better: just a few steps from the Isla bus terminus, a short walk to the Valletta ferry service stop, and also close to the small beach at the tip of Senglea.

Before a long travel day, arrive to the appartment what had a few thign to eat and breackfast, to drink a coffe, it was so gratefull. Has everything you need and it is very comfortable.

It was a very pleasant stay for us. The owner did everything in her power to make us feel comfortable and we couldn't be any happier with the choice we made for our vacation. We sincerely hope all the best and we will definitely come again if there is a chanse in the future 🙏

Host was great, very attentive making everything from check in to departure very easy. Studio is in a great location with fantastic views from the balcony of the working harbour and Valetta making a great place to sit and relax

Great place in a wonderful location. The house is really charming and well equipped with a terrific view from the roof. A bus stop was around 4 minute walk away so it was really convenient for planning trips.
