Self Catering Accommodation in Dedemsvaart

Hamitonhuis is a large self contained house. It is very clean, modern and well equipped - including coffee maker, bath robes, . We loved the patio area, hot tub and sauna and if visiting in winter it has a wood burning stove - all very cozy. The surrounding area is lovely - great for cycling and general exploring - and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in nearby Dedemsvaart,.

Quiet rural location, nearest property few hundred meters away. Property is original farm house converted to 1 bed property. Owners house is extension to original property. Close proximity of interconnected cycle routes, close to 2 towns with various supermarkets with everything you need. Air fryer instead of oven makes it easier & quicker to prepare meals.

We had an awesome Weekend at De Linde! The hosts were amazing, the location spacious with lots of equipment, whirlpool, sauna and an amazing bar & sound system. The kitchen was well equipped. Thanks to the hosts for having us!

Complete and cozy stay in a nice quiet area. House is nice decorated and the landlord added some extra decoration for our baby shower. Thank you for this sweet attention!

I love how the privacy and relaxing location are perfect for a family trip at Slagharen.

the kitchen was well equipped. there were bycicles for use.

Tastefully renovated & well equipped house in a nice quiet location with lots of activities & dining options nearby for families with children. A highlight was renting bikes and cycling the beautiful area around Gierthoorn. The hot tub and sauna add an extra layer of relaxation!

A super good location surrounded by green.

Awesome accommodation in a quiet, picturesque part of the country. A great host and a wholesome Dutch breakfast make this location a good choice for travellers. Plus you get to stay in a converted bakery!

The house was verry good a lot off space

From the moment we booked, Jacob and Miriam were wonderful hosts; great comms with a no-hassle attitude who were always on hand but never intrusive. Arrival was super easy, especially being able to message Jacob during the day as plans and timings shifted (he is a very patient host). The cottage itself is attached to the main farmhouse but very private and peaceful – it is set well back from the road. Outside there is a little orchard, some cosy places to sit and relax, a small garden plus ample car parking and a secure shed to store bicycles surrounded by open farmland and pretty views. In September there is the bonus of free pears and apples from the trees! Inside is immaculate, tastefully decorated, well-equipped and simply delightful. Whoever did the interior design, both practically and aesthetically, needs an award. It is also stunningly clean. Everywhere there are lovely little touches; coffee capsules for the entire stay, items in the fridge, lovely soaps, fresh eggs and even some cakes and chox. They also supply items you can either use and replace or pay a small fee for, eg beers, snack bars. A super comfy bed, a compact but wonderful wet room, a dining table with a view and so much more. The kitchen has been very thoughtfully equipped; we wanted for nothing and there is enough to be able to cook full meals from scratch. Close to the facilities in Nieuwleusen it is easy to get provisions and eat out. We had a wonderful five-night stay, with lots of cycling and other activities – could have very easily stayed much longer and not run out of places to visit and enjoy. Added to that it is solar-powered and they have more green and sustainable living plans in hand. Definitely an 11/10 place!

Clean, equipped with everything you need and even more, super comfortable beds, quiet, warm, easy to find, free parking. Friendly host. Great price!

Great breakfast—very hearty. The rooms are clean, and the place is very quiet. We're surrounded by nature, with exclusive access to the horses. Being able to wake up in the morning among the stalls, give them a quick pat on the way to breakfast—that's what makes this hotel so charming.
