Everything was clean. The kitchen was well-equipped. The wifi was fast. The location is good. A great and affordable place to stay. I slept well for my hike up Romsdalseggen and had a nice warm shower after.

A large, extremely well equipped vacation home. In fact, it really is an overkill for a couple traveling alone, but should be perfect for a family. The host/owner was very nice and helpful, helping us choose a couple of beautiful hikes (and supplied us with a map)

What a nice stay we had at Gjerdset Turistsenter! The atmosphere all around is very cozy and calm. The lovely cottages and the view make this place very quaint and the old bridge and waterfall only add personality to it. The self-check-in went really smoothly, the manager is very friendly and welcoming. The cottage we had for two nights was very clean and the interior was a beautiful wooden space. We decided to pay for the bed linen and towel and do the cleaning ourselves. The price we paid was a good value and the only small issue we had was the WiFi which was spotty at times! I'll definitely recommend it as a base when visiting Andalsnes.

The apartment was very spacious and well stocked with dishes and cooking implements and the beds were very comfortable. It was also comfortable re. the temperature.

Check-in was very easy with a code and the owner kindly gave us the possibility to enter a bit earlier (our bus was arriving before the official check-in time). The appartment is very tiny but very well structured and had everything we needed for one night. The couch was comfy and the area was silent. The position is perfect just 1 minute from the train and bus stop right in the centre.

The location is great with view is to the fjord. The host was very kindful. The apartment is comfortable and spacable for 4 people, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and more.
