You get to stay at the entire house with full privacy. You can also cook and wash your clothes as stove and washing machine is provided. Place is so quiet and is facing Mt. Makiling. It is so windy as well. Wifi is very fast. There is also a clubhouse with activity areas for kids and adults. Swimming pool and basketball court. Security guards are also very kind even the neighbors Joan the owner is also very nice.

The hotel is on the fringe of the First Philippines Industrial Park. It was easy to access, clean and well maintained. Close to the Santo Tomas arterial road, it was easy to travel in the surrounding area.

Smooth check in with a fresh papaya from the garden. Super lovely and helpful hosts, we especially loved the chill out area upstairs on the roof! We even had carol singers at the gate on our last night.

Very clean rooms and amenities (corridors, rooms and lobby) Houskeeping: bed sheets and towels are changed daily. Swimming pool is being cleaned daily. Room service is very prompt, they serve food and things you need on time.

First of all , we really appreciated the place, so amazing to see the beauty of God's creation, very relaxing. The house is nice as well as the facilities. Our host Analou and Ella were also very accommodating. We will definitely recommend the place to our family and friends.

Very pleasant stay. The room was modern and clean, with a large flat-screen TV and daily housekeeping, which I really appreciated. The bed was big and very comfortable, perfect for resting. The air conditioning worked quietly and efficiently, which was a big plus. Another great feature is the themed rooms inspired by cities like New York, Paris, or London. I stayed in the Boracay-themed room, which was a nice and original touch. Overall, excellent conditions and a very comfortable stay. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.

The house was new and smelled new. It was also very clean. I loved the hot/cold shower, as I always do. It's close to the market, but in a quiet and secure compound.
