Great place. Great Host. Great location

We really enjoyed staying here during our trip to Subic. The place helped us explore Olongapo much more easily and comfortably. The room itself is simple and budget-friendly, for the price, it was good and cozy enough for our stay. What truly made this place special was the host and their family. They were incredibly kind and helpful. At first, the air conditioner wasn’t working well and the room felt quite warm, but they quickly helped solve the problem after we mentioned it. They also introduced us to nearby transport terminals, shops, and local areas, which made getting around the city so much easier. Thanks to their help, we were able to explore Olongapo conveniently even as visitors. If we visit Subic again, we would definitely stay here again.

The property is well-situated with restaurants, shops and the mall within walking distance. There is ample space for a family of four. You will be able to create a quiet zone by closing off the sliding doors to the kitchen. The whole property is very clean and had a good layout.

Excellent value for the size of the room! Awesome service from the maintenance manager and security downstairs.

Is close to the beach and is on the main street

The place was great easy access to the beach. Easily manage to extend for few days. It was clean and may ask for the house caretaker to schedule cleaning. The place is also very new and well manage. Will stay again on my next visit.

Very clean and comfortably accommodated my family of 10.

This place is very good for family or group. It is a gated units and has caretakers in the property. It's got 2 bedrooms and each has an AC. Basic kitchen needs and fans in the lounge room. The TV only got access to Disney +. The bathroom is good size and has warm shower option. Easy access to the beach, just straight across the street. The bed was a little hard for me though. The host provided swift responses to inquiries. Please note: The lounge room can get really hot and humid even with the two fans on. We had to leave one of the rooms door open with the AC on to let the cold air get through to the lounge room. Overall, I'm happy with the experience.

Location was and staff friendly

Honestly had the best time here. The host is super chill and replies lightning-fast, which made everything so easy. The room was super clean and well-maintained. The balcony view is okay, but the sunrise there is absolutely awesome—definitely worth waking up for! ​We also loved that they provided free breakfast during our stay, which was such a nice touch. You can even do some light cooking in the unit—though they (understandably) ask to avoid cooking smelly foods to keep the place fresh. Plus, the location is unbeatable since SM City Olongapo Central is just right there. If you're looking for a hassle-free place to unwind, this is definitely it!
