The house and the garden were amazing, with you own private swimming pool, they have everything you need for your stay. The arrival was very smooth and they even let us check in couple of hours before, which was very gentle. I highly recommend this place

Such a gorgeous studio with everything you need for a stylish, comfortable stay. I loved the outdoor kitchen! Everything has been very thoughtfully done. The location is great - a short walk to the beach, cafes and shops, yet tucked away down a quiet street. I was travelling alone and it was perfect, but would be great as a couple. The hosts were incredibly helpful accommodating my late arrival due to travel logistics, helping to arrange my onward travel, and even helping with accommodation at my next spot. Highly recommended this beautiful spot!

This is such a nice place to stay! First of all - the location is perfect. The street is so calm and away from the buzz but also very close to everything. The hosts were incredible - friendly, understanding, sweet and helpful. We tried several recommended bars and restaurants and loved them so much! The apartment itself was spacious, tidy and equipped with everything you might need. The shower was huge. Bed - comfortable and with thick sheets that I love! They provided complimentary water and snacks. If I ever come back to Port Barton this is the place I'd choose again. When it is electricity shortage in town they have a generator which (when turned on) allows you to charge phones, use light, have a shower. 10/10.

Great Little place to stay. Second time we stayed here. Very clean and close to the beach. Has a separate kitchen area and BBQ area where you can cook fresh fish, from the fish market in Roxas which is a about a 30 minute drive from PANAREAN Beach House.

Our party were the only ones at Babaland on the nights we booked so they gave us a room upgrade and made us feel really comfortable to use all the facilities (pool table, kitchen to make breakfast). The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, organised scooter rental, onwards travel and they even set up karaoke and a bonfire for our last night. Rooms were clean comfortable with AC and hot showers. Thank you!

Nellie and her family were just amazing! Such a sweet family and always around to ask questions. The place was exceptionally clean and Nellie helped us with providing laundry, bike and transportation services. We are even coming back for an extra night as we know no other place would up-stand the hospitality than Nellie’s!

Friendly staff, location is super good, close to everything and walking distance from the terminal. They renovated the place so it looks really clean and nice. Kitchen and facilities are complete. They even provide free eggs for you to make your own breakfast. I booked my island hopping and scooter with them and it was very convenient.

Best place to stay in Port Barton if you are looking for a clean comfy place with AC and excellent location (a few steps from bus stop, one block from the beach and just same block flow restaurant with a pool). The AC has a remote to control temperature, the room includes a private bathroom with towel and shampoo :) and outside the room you can use the kitchen with dishes, fridge and fried pan. Also the hammock on the balcony is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. They have laundry service ( very clean and with a great smell) and prepare street food at night, the best grill sauce I have tried in port Barton. (Keep in mind that in port Barton sometimes the water comes and goes, here I always had water for the shower. )
