United KingdomThis is a stunning apartment. It seems to have been a luxury residence for a family either rich or from the nobility. The huge lounge/kitchen/diner has a high painted ceiling such as you might see in a stately home. The large main bedroom is ensuite, with a balcony and a dressing/storage room. Be aware, however, that there is a long staircase from the street door to the apartment door, with marble treads that have worn over the years. The next bit is really an alert, not a complaint, and, as I have found the same thing a few times before, it doesn't rate as a negative. There were only a few coffee pods and sugar sachets in the kitchen, nothing else. I imagine it is a fear of being sued or maybe insurance conditions that makes some hosts throw away anything cooking-related that guests leave behind, but when you are only there for a short stay it is a blessing to find some oil and condiments part-used by previous occupants. However, there is a small supermarket maybe 20 metres away and a bakery/cafe about the same distance on the other side. Be aware you'll need a smartphone to open the external doors; no keys. If you're driving, the underground car park they suggest is just 4-5 minutes' walk away; there is no parking outside the property.

AustraliaBeautiful spacious apartment that is well equipped. The location is fantastic as it’s right in the middle of town and within walking distance to most major attractions. There’s lots of lovely restaurants near by too. Despite being central it’s really quiet and we had no issues getting a good night sleep.

PolandIt's an amazing beautiful place. You feel u are in the nature just 1km from evora city. The staff is professional and kind. They offered water for the road! The pool is great, there is a small lake for kayaking and at night you can observe the night sky full of stars.

Nice outdoor terrace (unfortunately, we didn't use it because of the rainy weather). Friendly and helpful owner. He allowed us to keep the car in the garage for a longer period of time after check-out while we visited the city.

The entire house was well maintained, spotless and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped and the crockery and utensil very clean. It would be perfect if a chopping board was made available.
Free parking area outside the Aqueduct was merely 4 minutes walk from the house.

This apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has a fully equipped kitchen with original kitchen equipment (not from IKEA for once :) The bedrooms have air conditioning. The location is superb.

Situated in the old town it was walking distance to attractions and restaurants.
It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Air conditioning in kitchen and one bedroom was very welcome as it was very hot during our stay. The other rooms had fans.
We managed to park outside the house which was handy. The host was very helpful and communicated well.

Amazing location - literally in the centre of town. Great communication from the host, with lots of top tips. Lots and lots of crockery, cutlery, utensils etc in the kitchen which was super useful. Super clean and spacious, but homely too. Very highly recommended.
