Everything. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, with everything you need for a short or long stay. Daniel, the host, was super available and helping us with recommendations around Sibiu. I travel a lot , and so far this is the best reservation I have ever had.

Facilities, staff and location

My host was communicative, responsive and willing to assist. Studio was just as described. 800m to the train station and bus stop. About 1400m to the epicentre.

Everything! It was spacious, modern, had all amenities one could need. Perfect for the 5 of us that stayed here! I can't rave it enough. Beautiful view, great location, excellent written instructions and good parking.

Modern, extremely clean apartment, equipped with everything you need, close to the centre, Mega Image and Penny downstairs, easy access to buses and train station. The host was very friendly and quick to answer. And they take care of the swallows 😊 Big thumb up for that

Villa Umberti is an amazingly calm property on the edge of Sibiu, which is very convenient for Bolt and visiting the bustling city. The property is developed into three hotel quality rooms with a fully-equipped kitchen and spotless bathrooms. The barbecue area and garden is beautiful and relaxing. However, the best aspect of our stay were the incredibly welcoming and friendly hosts. We had a medical issue during our stay, and Liviu and Mirela rushed in to help, finding a doctor, transporting us to appointments, and checking on us frequently. They are full of life and energy. We arrived as strangers and left as friends.

The apartments are really nice! They have huge jacuzzis in all of them! And a swimming pool outside! There is AC which is great during the summer and there is coffee ready to brew in the morning!

This is a 5 star experience! The house has 2 floors, each with it's own bathroom, 3 bedrooms that looks like a 4-5 star hotel with amazing beds and pillows Good kitchen and living room, AC, jacuzzi, sauna, terrace Location is great also, 20 min walk from Sibiu old town and has a supermarket close

It's the ideal place to unwind after a day of exploring Sibiu! Outstanding service from the host. I really enjoyed my stay here - and I am definitely going to choose it again!

Spacious and clean. Its same as in pictures. For a family of 4 was more than enough with family room and a fully equipped kitchen. The yard is big, has 2 other houses opening into it so not that private. But the house is quiet. One bathroom with new shower cabin and plenty of towels. Thanks I had 2 kids and they loved the place and the sheep skin rugs etc.

The apartment is very well placed, about 10 -15 minutes away from the main market. On foot. The place is spacious, and it's got enough small, cute little and big details that at first walk in, it feels like a treasure hunt of sorts. It is clean and sufficiently well equipped. The host was very receptive to our needs and very helpful.
