The accommodation was excellent. With parking right in front of the house and a garage. Very close to a Safeway and other grocery stores. Also close to the General Conference of the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It's near the Zoo and about 20 minutes from downtown Washington. An ideal location with a very kind host. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. Large beds. We had a wonderful stay!

The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The little kitchen is very well equipped whether you're just preparing a breakfast or want to cook a meal. The King bed is actually one bed and not two pushed together. The location is great, really close to Washington DC's excellent public transport network and within walking distance of the White House and other places of interest.

In the Northwest district of Washington, close to Ford's Theatre, Huxley 1 Modern DC Stay Steps to Convention Center has free WiFi and a washing machine.

Good quality apartment which demonstrates how the owners have thought about guests' needs. We met the owner when we stayed - great guy who also took the opportunity to show us around other vacant apartments - all were of an equally high quality. This apartment would comfortably house 3 guests, possibly 4 guests. It's in a great location and the plans for enhancing the rear outdoor space look great.

Location was excellent with great bus and Metro connections. The neighborhood is friendly with food and bar options as well as an excellent grocery store minutes away. The apartment is spacious, very comfortable and well equipped if you are wanting to cook for yourself. Has been the best accommodation in our month long visit to the US.
