Rose and her husband were so nice and communication with her was awesome. Unfortunately, we booked this place during the coldest night and the heat wasn't working well. After I contacted Rose she immediately responded and had her maintenance guy come over, he was also super friendly. The heat was an issue so she moved us to another one of her properties, which was beautiful. The location of her places are in a great location and very clean with all the things you need in a home. Highly recommend booking with Rose for any stays in Springfield.
