Location was great, bed and sofa were VERY comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped! Also, the whole apartment was very spacious! It could easily fit even 4 people.

An excellent location for attending a conference at the Convention Center and a great spot for exploring Washington. Smooth communication with the owner. A surprisingly quiet place. Clean and well-equipped. Plenty of dining options nearby.

The pictures really don't do this place justice. The living area is huge, with comfortable seating and a dining area. The bedrooms are all good sizes and the master has great ensuite. The beds are a good size and comfortable with plenty of bedding. There was a ridiculous amount of snacks, drinks, toiletries etc. You won't have to worry about purchasing or bringing anything like that. The location is good, with a bus stop going direct to Georgetown nearby, some good coffee shops and bakeries a short walk away. It felt like a safe area too. Whilst its on a busy road, the traffic noise was not bothersome at all.

Possibly the best equipped home stay we’ve ever had the pleasure to stay in. Great instructions, lovely home, and nice location just 5 minutes walk from the subway.

Good quality apartment which demonstrates how the owners have thought about guests' needs. We met the owner when we stayed - great guy who also took the opportunity to show us around other vacant apartments - all were of an equally high quality. This apartment would comfortably house 3 guests, possibly 4 guests. It's in a great location and the plans for enhancing the rear outdoor space look great.

Beautiful basement apartment within a gentle walk from downtown DC. Excellent facilities and very reactive and professional management. I shall be staying here again.

The apartment was absolutely fantastic everything was on your doorstep especially a Hugh supermarket called giant 2 minutes walk from the apartment. There are restaurants all very close by all selling fabulous food. Tiger fork Chinese hidden away ( down an alleyway should not be missed. We didn't try the Ethiopian restaurant 4/5 doors down the street. The apartment was 10/10 for cleanliness, decor, facilities. A right 5 star experience..
