Exclusive location ! The Hotel is located in downtown of Washington, D. C., a block away from the Walter E. Washington Convention Center. As I had been invited to an International Conference (where a whopping 12000 attendees participated) at the Convention Center, it was a mere 10-min walk including stop ("don't walk") times at crossings. As to the Hotel, it is spacious, ultra-clean, with large enough rooms, kitchenette, fridge, a nice bath-room, and a decent street view. The staff are modest, helping out, giving the right pointers, and ace trouble-shooters. I inadvertently misplaced my small bag with a travel kit, but someone from the staff retrieved it and duly returned it to me, which stands testimony to their honesty. Breakfast is a sumptuous 'Continental' one. The entire neighborhood is well-planned, with beautiful houses and during this summer season, flowers blossoming everywhere. One can traverse east-west or north-south, the city has its charm and beauty, worthy of a capital city. Walking down the 9th Street, one reaches the National Mall and the remarkable Museums, of course, the magnificent Smithsonian museums inclusive. A Giant Food store is half a block away, so convenient for purchasing water and groceries.

The room rate was quite reasonable. The room was enough spacious for 4 adults. The staff at the reception was kind and cheerful. The female staff with no glasses at the breakfast lounge was also very attentive. And top of that breakfast is lovely!!

Everything was excellent. Brand new hotel, well located, nice staff, and very good price. The room was ample and the bathroom really comfortable. Clean and well managed. I strongly recommend this hotel for a visit in Washington.

The hotel was wonderful! Amazing locaton, you can walk everyhwere (White House etc). Staff were very nice and helpful. Vallet parking available.Rooms were very clean and it was a lovely and comfy bed! A price that you cannot beat for that location! We definately come again!

Located in a beautiful neighborhood, walking distance to the nation's mall and tourist attractions. Two really comfortable beds and very nice breakfast service. You can also grab a free cup of coffee anytime in the lobby. Enjoyed a lot my stay there.

Location and price was very good. Near White House, easy to reach, easy to park, clean hotel, comfortable room and beds, very clean bathroom etc. We were very satisfied and recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel, apartment spacious, comfortable, clean and perfect for a night's rest after a day of wandering around museums, which you can easily reach on foot. The kitchen in the apartment offers everything you need. Perfect and incredibly affordable, almost too good to be true

Extremely relaxed and comfortable place.

Loved having the metro station across the street. Loved having a couple of excellent vegan food restaurants at walking distance. Hotel was clean. The hotel staff was kind, fun, and service oriented. It’s an easy choice for a stay in DC. (Room is small, but it is clean and I was traveling by myself. I loved it.)

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, though it didn't have a lot of variety (which can be a good thing considering food waste). Microwaves were also very handy!

Convenient location, spacious room, small well equipped kitchen, fantastic shower. Included in price breakfast was plentiful and varied to cater for many tastes. There is a coin laundry available for the guests which was a very helpful addition for our long holiday.

I loved how close to everything was! Really good service, and very clean. The bedroom space was enough for us. Worth it!

We stayed for 2 nights and everything was perfect! The personal was very very nice and helpful. I asked for a spoon at the reception to eat a soup in my room because I started to feel a little bit sick and then the personal didn’t bring me just a spoon, but made me also a tea, brought me lemon and honey. I was so touched about this and thank you very very much for this! For sure we will stay again here the next time!

Very friendly and inviting staff who always went out of their way to make you feel welcome and listened to. Very roomy and clean room with the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. Ever. Amenities were great, restaurant and bar was exceptional.

Everything....can't say anything else. Sharda and the rest of the staff at the bar were just so friendly and efficient. The doormen, wow, so welcoming as were the reception staff...incredible. Location fantastic for getting to everything that you need. Will definitely return.

Clean and very spacious apartment, great rooftop BBQ and pool with view on the Capitol. Easy walk to the subway. Several major supermarkets in the neighbourhood if you want to cook yourself. Wonderful to have a washer and a dryer as well. When we mentioned we lacked kitchen utensils they were brought the same day: very adequate -and quick- replies whenever we had a question by mail. Great quality and space for this price.
