The location is very convenient, with both bus and tram stops nearby, making it easy to get around. They kindly allowed early check-in and also offered luggage storage after checkout, which was a big plus. The front desk staff were super welcoming and shared helpful local and snowboarding tips. There is also a sauna facility on-site, though we didn’t get a chance to try it this time. Would happily stay again.

The apartment was lovely and very cozy. Eating in the dining room with the views of the alps in the background was truly amazing. The town, which is a short drive or bus trip from Innsbruck, is conveniently located across the road from a pizza/pasta restaurant, a little cafe and a supermarket. The host, Maria, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She answered all our questions promptly and met us at the apartment for check in, giving us a wealth of information about the area, including bus tickets. We'd happily stay at this apartment again when in Innsbruck. We were very comfortable here.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay. The accommodation was fantastic — perfectly located in the heart of the old town, beautifully equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Most importantly, the owners and the staff who welcomed us with the keys were wonderful. If we ever return to Innsbruck, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much!

I had a great stay, The room was nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is steps from the lovely river and a very nice walk to the centre. I went skiing in the nearby area and had a great time among the mountains. And the lady in the reception were very friendly and helpful.
