Even before we arrived i had a feeling that the owners, Nicole & Thomas are very special people . The apartment is lovely and comfortable .The colors are inspiring, we like that it was quiet. Everything was wonderful. I had asked for some items and Nicole brought them asap. Their kindness was very significant ❤️ 💗 💕. It was really a big fun to be there. The underground parking is very comfortable and it is recommended for everyone that comes with a car. The Spar supermarket is so close, a very good thing. Everything we done by walking by foot. Graz is a beautiful city. We have been 5 nights.

The location is just stunning—breathtaking mountain views, relaxing river sounds, and a peaceful, calm neighborhood that makes you feel like you’re truly away from it all. We loved sitting outside with coffee, simply enjoying the view. Inside, the place is perfect. Spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. Every detail has clearly been thought out and furnished with care and love. It’s a home that feels special the moment you walk in. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway. We’re already planning to return to this very same villa. It’s truly a gem!

I absolutely loved this apartment — it was large, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean. The air conditioning was a huge plus, especially during the hot days. Best of all, it's centrally located, just a short walk to the city center, yet still incredibly peaceful and quiet at night. After a less-than-pleasant experience with a different booking site, this place was exactly what I needed. It was the perfect spot to rest my head, relax, and recharge. I would definitely stay here again!
