Within 5 minutes of walking you are starting to admire all those beautiful sightings Graz offers. Beautiful apartment, amazing city, wonderful people.

The apartment was super clean, well-organized, and had everything you need for one or two people. The location is quiet and peaceful, perfect for resting, and the bed was very comfortable. I slept great. There are grocery stores like Spar and Billa just a few minutes away, which makes daily shopping very easy. Overall, a cozy, comfortable, and stress-free place to stay. I would definitely recommend it and would gladly come back again.

This apartment was super comfortable! It was also in a great location - walkable to everything! The beds were comfortable, and it was convenient to have a washer AND dryer in the basement. It was so easy to get in and out with a key code instead of a key, too. I thought it was a nice touch that there was a welcome basket. Parking was easy to arrange and right across the street, and any question I had was immediately answered with kindness. Our family of four (all adults) truly enjoyed our stay!

The location is just stunning—breathtaking mountain views, relaxing river sounds, and a peaceful, calm neighborhood that makes you feel like you’re truly away from it all. We loved sitting outside with coffee, simply enjoying the view. Inside, the place is perfect. Spacious, beautifully designed, and clean. Every detail has clearly been thought out and furnished with care and love. It’s a home that feels special the moment you walk in. The hosts were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway. We’re already planning to return to this very same villa. It’s truly a gem!

I absolutely loved this apartment — it was large, beautifully decorated, and perfectly clean. The air conditioning was a huge plus, especially during the hot days. Best of all, it's centrally located, just a short walk to the city center, yet still incredibly peaceful and quiet at night. After a less-than-pleasant experience with a different booking site, this place was exactly what I needed. It was the perfect spot to rest my head, relax, and recharge. I would definitely stay here again!

The kitchen is also well equiped, with various pots and pans, a water heater, coffee machine, oven etc, and even booking essentials such as oil, vinegar, salt, pepper sugar and flour. The apartment is nicely furnished, and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Also, a big plus is the Sommercard included.
