It is located 100 metres from Graz Opera House and offers a lift. The aparthotel also offers facilities for disabled guests. The space in the studio flat was lovely, light and airy, with good quality furnishings, huge bathroom. W walk into old town was SO easy. Great location.

It was probably the first place where reality exceeded what was expected from the pictures. The place is furnish very tasty, with was looking as realy good quality materials. The only one thing I would've changed was that we stayed only one night and arrive very late. At the end we were regrating that we have to leave. The parking is also one very good option especialy when so close to the town center.

The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which came in handy during our stay. Parking was available in a secure garage just a short walk from the apartment for only €10 per day — a great option if you're arriving by car. The location itself was also convenient, with shops, cafes, and public transport nearby. The hosts were warm, welcoming, and very responsive throughout our stay. They provided clear check-in instructions, helpful local recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. All in all, this apartment was a perfect home base for our visit to Graz, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!
