The property is 200 metres from the city centre and 700 metres from Southern Cross Station. Kay checked me in and her service was excellent! I was fortunate to have a room ready when I arrived so was able to check in early.

Super clean rooms and great facilities within the room and the hotel- also loved the pool + spa! Would love to come back!

Excellent location: 3mins walk to access Tram station route 11 and 48, 10mins to town hall station by tram. In addition, it’s within free tram zone. Meanwhile, it is a quiet place to sleep at night. Staff and concierge are super helpful with quick response to my questions and wait for us to settle in when we were late check in at 8pm.
